About

NYC Dental Center, located at 216 E 39th St #1, New York, NY 10016, stands as a premier destination for comprehensive dental care in the heart of Manhattan. This esteemed practice has established itself as a trusted name in **cosmetic and family dentistry**, delivering exceptional services to patients seeking both routine maintenance and advanced restorative treatments. While specific founding dates remain undocumented in available records, the center's enduring presence at this prime Murray Hill location underscores its commitment to long-term community service, adapting to the evolving needs of New York's diverse population.[1][2][4] The mission of NYC Dental Center revolves around providing accessible, high-quality dental care that prioritizes patient comfort, efficiency, and optimal oral health outcomes. From the moment patients step into the welcoming office, they experience a staff renowned for friendliness, minimal wait times—often just 1-3 minutes—and a patient-centered approach that alleviates common dental anxieties.[1][6][8] At the core of their expertise lies a broad spectrum of services tailored to individuals and families alike. General dentistry forms the foundation, encompassing **comprehensive examinations**, diagnostic and preventive services, sealants, and composite fillings to safeguard smiles from the ground up. For restorative needs, the practice excels in inlays/onlays, tooth extractions, and same-day crowns, ensuring swift recovery without prolonged discomfort.[1][6] Cosmetic dentistry represents a hallmark of their offerings, with advanced procedures like cosmetic contouring, dental bonding, porcelain veneers, tooth-colored fillings, ceramic restorations, and professional teeth whitening via ZOOM! Advanced Power Plus—one-hour in-office sessions or convenient take-home custom bleaching trays—transforming ordinary smiles into radiant ones.[1] Implant dentistry, Invisalign clear aligners for discreet orthodontic correction, root canal therapy, dental bridges, and full or partial dentures (including high-quality materials, flexible options, and even rush repairs) cater to complex reconstructive demands.[1][6] Periodontics services, such as scaling and root planing, address gum health proactively. What truly sets NYC Dental Center apart is its unique value proposition: a seamless fusion of cutting-edge technology, same-day solutions, and personalized care in a bustling urban setting. Unlike larger corporate chains, this independent medical group practice fosters an intimate, efficient environment where providers like Dr. Shaul Hubscher, DMD, and Dr. Dana deliver meticulous attention.[1][2][5] Patient testimonials highlight the 'nerve-wrecking' experience of dental visits turning positive, with front desk staff like Beatrice earning praise for warmth and doctors for timely, thorough care—X-rays at 12:05 PM followed by consultations by 12:15 PM exemplify their punctuality.[1] The center's NPI-registered status (1346722402) affirms its legitimacy and adherence to federal standards, while language services in Hebrew broaden accessibility for multicultural patients.[2][4] In a city saturated with dental options, NYC Dental Center distinguishes itself through rush job capabilities for denture repairs, Invisalign expertise without referrals, and a holistic approach to preventive, endodontic, and periodontal care—all under one roof, eliminating the need for multiple specialists.[1][6] No free onsite parking or pharmacy may pose minor inconveniences, but the practice's central location near public transit compensates, making it ideal for busy professionals and families. Reviews averaging 3.5 stars reflect a mixed yet predominantly positive reception, with standout experiences in professionalism and results outweighing occasional insurance-related hiccups.[1][2] Ultimately, NYC Dental Center embodies reliability and innovation, empowering New Yorkers with healthy, beautiful smiles through expertise that blends tradition with modernity. Whether addressing a sudden extraction or crafting a celebrity-worthy veneer smile, their dedication to excellence ensures every visit leaves patients smiling brighter. This commitment to superior service, backed by skilled providers and state-of-the-art procedures, positions NYC Dental Center not just as a dental office, but as a vital partner in lifelong oral wellness.(Word count: 612)

Let me say how good God is. I called the facility very polite, was placed on hold. The young lady tells me she will transfer me to someone as I am a new client. She leaves me on hold for 20 minutes with no updates. I called back one time & she picked up with attitude accusing me of “keep calling”…that was untrue. She informs me she is working by herself (I can apply if you need someone new & professional). I apologize & tell her I’m sorry she is alone but I was not made aware. After that I simply ended the call because these are my TEETH. I can’t have unprofessional people playing in my mouth. Redirection is protection. Hire better help !

This office is very unprofessional. I made an appointment in October for November. When I got to the office, they said the Dr. Lee was on vacation. So they made an appointment three weeks later. On the day of my appointment for the second time. I got a phone call from Eloise, telling me they do not take my insurance 40 minutes before my appointment. I would find an office more professional beware and do not make an appointment with any of these doctors at New York City dental due to their unprofessionalism. On making appointments.

I’ve had one of the worst doctor’s experiences with Dr. Lee. He had the front desk call me to see if I could move my appointment up so he could finish work early. I told them I would do my best. When I realized I needed to finish work and couldn’t come in earlier, I confirmed I would keep my original time. I ran a bit late but still arrived well within the standard 15-minute grace period. It didn’t matter—he had already left before my scheduled appointment. Mind you, I was coming from Brooklyn to Manhattan—an hour commute—to make sure I honored my appointment. The level of disregard for my time and effort is outrageous. This was selfish, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. I feel disgusted by the way I was treated, and I will never return as a patient of Dr. Lee. Do not waste your time going to see this dentist.
