I had a tooth pulled here last summer by Dr Williams and it was a great experience. I was able to be seen as a same day walk in. I came into the office in a lot of pain with an inflamed wisdom tooth and left feeling so much better. It was quick (under an hour) and painless. They were upfront about the cost beforehand, which I appreciated. I chose this practice because of the reviews and it did not disappoint- the doctor also has a pleasant personality and doesn’t shame you (he informed me very nicely i also had a cavity haha). Everyone is very kind. As someone with medical anxiety I’ve never felt more relaxed at a dentist. If they took my insurance I’d come here for all my dental needs.

I recently visited this dental practice due to significant pain from gum disease, an issue often not covered by many insurance plans. I'm grateful to report that not only did the doctor effectively address the immediate pain, but he also developed a plan aimed at reversing my very serious gum issue. Other dentists I’ve visited solely focused on discussing costly remedies. What truly impressed me was the doctor's dedication to patient well-being over profit. He thoroughly explained all available options, even highlighting the most affordable one, which, in my specific case, offers a promising chance of positive results. It's a genuine relief to finally find a dentist who prioritizes the best outcome for the patient above maximizing expenses. Beyond the exceptional dental care, the atmosphere and staff are incredibly accommodating, making the entire experience pleasant . I for sure recommend this practice – it's truly a great place for anyone seeking compassionate and effective dental treatment.

I left a review using my other account still get straight to the point. I came in pain and left in relief. I have a very serious and potentially very costly to manage gum disease in which other dentists I’ve seen only muttered the most expensive procedures (Most ins companies don’t cover these procedures, they call them “cosmetic”). The doc explained various options for me to consider including one not so expensive and in my case may have great results. The atmosphere is good and the people who work there is nice folks. I’ve long looked for a dentist whose priority is the patient above profits. Great place, thank me later guys.

I’m so beyond disappointed. My appointment was at 4 and he saw me at 5pm. What should have taken less than an hour took him 1.5 hours to get me out of there. He did the cleaning and it left my shirt wet and it was painful, and he didn’t even floss my teeth. Not to mention he charged me because he “doesn’t do walmart work” yet his mask was not over his nose, I was constantly saying “ouch that hurts” and he explained it’s a good thing I’m in pain because it’s getting under my gums (which then made me bleed) and I floss EVERYDAY, and I’ve never in my 25 years of life been in PAIN at the dentist getting a cleaning, only discomfort. And once again, he didn’t floss. His hands shake, I would never want him to put a needle anywhere near my mouth. He coerced me into paying him an extra fee and put me in an uncomfortable position, even though I have insurance. I’m beyond disappointed, and I’m sad that I’m writing this because his staff minus him was so kind. He made a comment to me about being “expensive” because he broke HIS OWN tool and told me that women are expensive (misogyny that I don’t need while getting a cleaning). It was not good, I will never go back, I feel sorry for the really kind women that work there.
