Patient reviews often praise his thoroughness, gentle techniques, and ability to explain procedures clearly, which minimizes anxiety—especially valuable for first-time or pediatric patients.[3][5] In an era of specialized super-practices, Dr. Maddali's generalist proficiency offers continuity; patients can rely on him for everything from emergency extractions to cosmetic improvements like veneers or whitening, all under one roof.

Had a cavity filling and was great, doctor is nice understanding, and love the staff only issue is that I definitely feel that the place is always super packed and maybe overbooked? Your appointment is never on time otherwise it’s great for me at least.

whats the point of maming an appointment if they don't keep it? book an appt for 1pm, expect to leave a waiting room full of people with not enough seats at 2pm out of frustration from being made to wait for nothing.

this office overbooks appointments so that when you arrive, you must wait at least 2 hours to be seen. they don’t see you in the order you arrive either. they create diff excuses depending on what they want to do with you. they also love to ignore patients standing in front of the receptionist so they can have conversations instead while we stand there and look at them. when you ask if you are going to be seen- they don’t do anything to assist you- they’d rather you get upset and cancel your appt because that’s why they overbook! terrible patient care and i’ve been coming here since i was in elementary school but this is the last time they play with my health.
