I've been seeing Dr. Becker for over 3 years now, and I actually look forward to going to the dentist thanks to her! Dr. Becker is very smart and friendly. She puts you at ease immediately. When I've shared dental concerns with her, she listens and offers honest advice. I've been to other dentists that try to pretend you have a cavity to jack up your bill, but Dr. Becker is honest and trustworthy. Her space is gorgeous and clean. The dental hygienists are smart and listen to you. I have a sensitive spot on my teeth that I need to look out for, and both Karen and Eric have been so thoughtful in how they manage it. And they have great memories! They often ask follow ups about my personal life from what I shared in previous appointments which proves that they care, I am not just another patient. Gabby at the front desk is so efficient and kind. We often text update reminders and discuss payment options via text, which is a lot easier for me than calling. She handles all of my insurance needs seamlessly. The team also automatically sets up my next appointment based on my overall preference, but confirms the time and allows me to change it. Overall, going to Dr. Becker feels like such a luxurious experience, it feels like a real treat.

She’s the best dentist in NYC. I’m so happy I found Dr. Baker. The office is super clean and the best part - they won’t push for service you really don’t need. Exceptional experience. Highly recommend. She also treated my cavity during pregnancy. I felt nothing and it was just perfect. Thank you very much Dr. Baker and the team! 🤍🤍🤍

Had another amazing experience at Dr. Becker’s office today. The entire space has a relaxed, zen atmosphere that immediately puts me at ease the moment I walked. The staff is warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Karen, my hygienist, was thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped me feel comfortable throughout the visit. It’s rare to find a place that combines top-notch care with such a calming vibe. Highly recommended!

I went to Dr. Becker for some bite adjustments after moving to a new city. During our visit, she continued to adjust my bite when I clearly told her there was a sudden sharp pain in the tooth she was adjusting. Instead of pausing to evaluate what's wrong, she just pretended that it was a normal part of the adjustment process. It definitely was not because I then proceeded to have tooth pain right on that tooth on and off ever since. It's been a few months since the adjustment. I had zero pain when I came to see her, I was simply trying to have my bite adjusted after a filling. I was then referred to an endodontist to evaluate potential crack in the tooth. I understand that treatment sometimes means there's a risk of injury. However, it is not professional to continue operating on your client when they've clearly stated abnormal pain. I think if you are looking for a normal cleaning, she might be a fine dentist. However, if you have any dental concerns, I'd heavily caution against seeing her. I've never been scared of going to the dentist, and am generally a very healthy person, but I now have a slight phobia that dentists will accidentally mess things up and I'll end up dealing with the pain continuously as a result of their mistake.
