I had an excellent experience with Dr. Bogdan Brajic and his assistant Soleh. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Brajic is very professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. He truly cares about his patients and makes sure every detail is done with care. Soleh was equally wonderful friendly, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire visit. Together, they make a great team that creates a welcoming and stress-free environment. I highly recommend Dr. Brajic and Soleh to anyone looking for a dentist who combines professionalism with genuine kindness.

I visited Century Medical & Dental for the second time today and am impressed with the level of care I received there. Dr. Natalya Tkachenko is really nice and has a calm bedside manner, and made me feel safe and cared for when she discussed my healthcare concerns. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients, and her medical assistant Aya and front desk staff are very helpful and professional. They take my insurance, Metroplus Health, and have a lot of different specialists available. I got my vaccinations and a vitamin B-12 shot today, I also have an allergist appointment and podiatrist appointment soon - it makes it easy for me to meet my healthcare needs when they're all located at the same office. Thanks Dr. Natalya and Century Medical & Dental!!

The doctors are great, and the front desk staff usually are very kind as well. However, this time when I called to check if a medication was sent to my pharmacy or not, a staff at the front desk kept rudely interrupting me and not letting me ask my questions. She was very condescending in her tone explaining to me how prescriptions are sent out to the pharmacy when I asked if it could be faxed over. When I understood and attempted to ask when my medication will be ready, she did not let me finish any of my sentences and kept interrupting, saying she would let me know and it depends on the doctor. Understandable, but I felt unheard and that it was very poor manners to be frustrated and condescending when I was asking a question and was courteous. Then she asked if I understood or not, said "you're welcome" without me saying thank you yet, then hung up. I don't think I would come back here again after my follow up though the doctors are amazing, purely due to this particular person at the front desk.

This place doesn’t even deserve a single star. It’s one of the worst dental centers I’ve ever been to — possibly in the entire country. The most unpleasant part of the experience was dealing with the front desk receptionist (the Asian-looking lady at the dental reception) who had a consistently rude and dismissive attitude. She clearly lacks basic customer service skills and professionalism. I was only 10 minutes late for my appointment, and they themselves had told me there’s a 15-minute grace period. However, they falsely claimed that my appointment time was 30 minutes earlier just to avoid seeing me. I even showed them my appointment card as proof that I was only 10 minutes late — but they still refused to let me in for a simple cleaning. To make matters worse, I also had a voicemail from their own staff confirming my appointment time, which clearly proves that I was not late beyond their stated grace period. Despite that, they still turned me away. I would’ve completely understood if they had simply offered to reschedule within a reasonable time, like a week or two — but instead, they told me the next available slot would be six months away. Absolutely ridiculous! Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. They urgently need proper staff training and better management oversight.

This was our 1st time coming from the Bronx. We are following Dr. Gabriela Sanchez, Bravo. The receptionist Maria was very hospitable,Kind,Friendly. But when we were called in by a nurse don't know her name & really don't care to know it either. Anyway she was asking questions & she kept taking deep breaths & letting go as if she was bothered then ask me if I knew how to spell the medicine. Then when it was my turn the receptionist Maria told her from the beginning its 2 Mothaer & Daughter. She was exiting room & I said what about me, she looked at me and said YOU TOO with a bothered face & the toned of her voice said it all. Now she is asking me about my allergies & ask me to spell it and once again to a deep breath & let it out is she was bothered. So I took a deep breath & let it out louder than hers open the door to catch air. The nurse left the room, so now my mother is scared & I told I'm okay. To be our 1st time here the nurse made it so UNPLEASANT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! The nurse has long blonde hair, black glasses, was dressed all in black with hoka sneakers. She was assigned to my doctor. Mon Feb 2, 2026
