About

Fifty-Seven 57 Dental, led by the esteemed Dr. Jennifer N. Reyes, DDS, stands as a premier general dentistry practice nestled in the heart of New York City at 57 W 57th St, Suite 511, New York, NY 10019. This boutique dental office embodies a commitment to exceptional patient care, blending cutting-edge clinical expertise with a warm, family-like atmosphere that sets it distinctly apart in the bustling Manhattan dental landscape. Dr. Reyes, the driving force behind the practice, graduated from the prestigious Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in 2011, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She further honed her skills through a rigorous General Practice Residency at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, from 2011 to 2012, equipping her with comprehensive training in all facets of modern dentistry.[1][2][8] With over 15 years of dedicated experience as of 2026, Dr. Reyes has established Fifty-Seven 57 Dental as a trusted haven for patients seeking not just treatment, but transformative oral health experiences.[7][8]

The mission of Fifty-Seven 57 Dental is rooted in patient-centered excellence, prioritizing continuing education for both provider and patients alike. Dr. Reyes, who also holds a Master’s degree in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University, places a profound emphasis on lifelong learning and empowerment. This educational ethos is evident in her ongoing involvement with Columbia University, where she volunteers in the Mentor Program and serves as an Instructor in Clinical Dental Medicine for the university’s Community Oral Health Program. Such ties underscore the practice's dedication to advancing dental knowledge and community well-being, fostering an environment where patients are informed partners in their care.[2][4] The practice's philosophy revolves around creating a 'warm, comfortable, and relaxing environment' from the first visit, treating each patient like family—a stark contrast to the often impersonal, high-volume clinics in Midtown Manhattan.[9]

Services at Fifty-Seven 57 Dental encompass a full spectrum of general dentistry tailored to diverse needs, including routine dental cleanings, comprehensive new patient exams for adults, dental consultations, crowns, bridges, and more. Patients frequently seek Dr. Reyes for these core procedures, reflecting her proficiency in preventive, restorative, and cosmetic care.[1] The practice accommodates a flexible schedule, open Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (extending to 5:30 PM on Wednesdays), and Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM, ensuring accessibility for busy New Yorkers.[3] Online booking via platforms like Zocdoc streamlines appointments, making high-quality care convenient and secure.[1][5]

What truly distinguishes Fifty-Seven 57 Dental is Dr. Reyes' unique blend of professional rigor and personal warmth. Boasting an extraordinary 4.97/5 overall rating from 296 patient reviews on Zocdoc, with near-perfect scores in bedside manner (4.99/5) and wait times (4.96/5), the practice excels in delivering compassionate, efficient service.[1] Her active professional memberships in the New York County Dental Society, American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, and Woman to Woman Dentist Network affirm her standing among peers.[1][2] Recognition as a Castle Connolly Top Dentist further cements her reputation for superior general dentistry.[8] Beyond credentials, Dr. Reyes infuses the practice with her multifaceted personality—whether sharing baking triumphs from The Great American Baking Show, violin performances, or tales of her Canine Good Citizen dog, London, who naps in the office—creating a relatable, joyful space that eases dental anxiety.[2]

In an era of cookie-cutter dental chains, Fifty-Seven 57 Dental's unique value proposition lies in its personalized, education-driven approach within an intimate setting. Patients benefit from a National Provider Identifier (NPI) verified practitioner (1285919514) who accepts major insurances like Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna, often in-network, alongside flexible payment options.[1] This practice isn't just about fixing teeth; it's about nurturing smiles, confidence, and long-term oral health with unwavering integrity. Whether you're a new patient in need of a consultation or returning for maintenance, Fifty-Seven 57 Dental promises an unparalleled experience that prioritizes your comfort, education, and results. Warm and friendly office. Dr Jennifer Reyes is meticulous to detail and her professionalism is most apparent . As a patient and a physician I genuinely trust her judgment. She is thoughtful in her approach and not reactive- I’ve had some tough stuff to deal with and have been most impressed by her clinical approach.

Going to the dentist always caused me anxiety. I think I had so many cavities as a kid, that I was traumatized by the fillings and the fear of my youth. I've been to a number of dentists in my life, some better than others, but I have to say that after all my experiences, finding Dr. Reyes has been a safe haven for me. She has restored my hope that I can get through any procedure anytime. Dr. Reyes listens to your needs, she is gentle at her work, tells you what to expect when she's doing her work, she is very patient and makes you feel like you've known each other before. Her work is impeccable. I needed a crown replaced and I have to say she is the Queen, not me. I am so at ease visiting Dr. Reyes' office that I'm motivated to do more work on old fillings, etc. I highly recommend Dr. Reyes to all, but especially to those in the dentist panic group. You won't be disappointed. You will walk out smiling and proud you got through it.

This doctors office runs one if the biggest scams in NYC stay away. After having part of a tooth come and wanting to get it looked at right away I came here they did some X-rays and they determined I needed a root canal fine. They told me the price which was close to 3000 then told me another price an addition to that for the permanent crown for another almost 3000. Even after insurance was almost 6500 In which case I decided to look get a second opinion at my local dentist and their pride for the entire procedure after insurance 1600 roughly. So I decided in my best interest to go with better option Looking at an email I see a few days later a bill for 415 dollars form my insurance for dental X-rays and a consult it said they provided care besides looking at the problem they didn’t do anything. That was not worth 400 dollars they charged in a very sneaky way out of my insurance coverage never again. Highly don’t recommend con artists.
