I have been seeing Dr. Wen Li-Cavallo for a number of years now and I’m so impressed with the overall experience that I can’t mention it enough. The office boasts a friendly and efficient staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Dr. Li herself embodies exceptional bedside manner. She not only provides honest and helpful medical feedback but also does so with genuine care for her patients. What sets her apart is the absence of any "car salesman" personality – no unnecessary procedures pushed, just thoughtful and personalized dental care. Moreover, I appreciate the efforts made to accommodate patients who suffer from dental visit anxiety. Dr. Li and her team go above and beyond to create a calming environment, making the entire experience more comfortable for everyone. In summary, if you're looking for a dentist who excels in professionalism, honesty, and empathy, Dr. Li is an outstanding choice. My visits have always been truly exceptional, and I highly recommend her practice.

Dr Li is the best dentist I've ever met. I have been with her for three years and kept recommending her to my friends and colleagues. I had heard so many terrible stories of seeing a dentist from my colleagues but Dr Li makes the dental procedures not appalling at all. I did two wisdom teeth extractions here and to my surprise I didn't feel much pain and recovered soon. Her excellent skills impressed me. Dr Li and her staff are very friendly and attentive to any questions you may have. she checked on me during the dental procedure when she noticed that I may feel a bit uncomfortable, apparently I couldn't speak at that time and I appreciate her attention to the patients. Highly recommend Dr Li to anyone who wants pleasant experience.

Probably one of the best dentists I've been to hands down. During my most recent visit, Dr. Li-Cavallo did her best to avoid a procedure I was a little adverse to and her patience and excellent work paid off! She really listens to her patients and is super considerate of what they're hoping to accomplish in visiting her. She's a great conversationalist and very personable so if going to the dentist makes you nervous her excellent bedside manner should help calm some of those worries. Overall, I've been very happy with the work I've had done so far. When my process is completed I'm definitely coming here for my general cleanings and checkups. Less I forget, her staff is amazing.

Dr. Li and her staff are incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. Kitty at the front desk is very quick and smart, she assists you almost immediately. I have been to over 10 dentists in the NYC area and Dr. Li is by far the best. She's courteous, quick witted, and friendly. Most of all, the procedures were completely painless. Her expertise is top notch and the office is very comfortable. I finally found a dentist that I will be going to for probably the rest of my life!

Dr. Wen Li-Cavallo is the best dentist I’ve ever seen. She is personable, professional and caring. She will make sure that you don’t feel pain. My issue is front desk. I left before because there is always one that is rude, dismissive, not friendly, and communication skills needs improving. I would rather have a child than to go to the dentist, so every detail matters.Today I spoke with Eva (front desk) every description above is what I received. Then tells me the new policy is 2 cancellations and you can no longer be a patient, thanks for the update. I wish Eva’s bedside manners was like her Boss.
