Best dentist ever, for anyone looking for a good dental experience. All the dentists and front desk are very friendly and professional. Have known them for many years and would recommend to anyone. Reliable and convenient locations. Receptionist and dental assistant Anna Z is especially efficient and provides the best service every time.

I had a wonderful experience here today. The staff were super helpful and organized, and the service was exceptionally quick. The atmosphere was super welcoming, and everything exceeded my expectations. They were able to help me in not just mandarin, but also English! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist in the city to come check this place out!

Always have a great experience here. Everyone is so nice, especially the dentist. Gentle on your teeth and not aggressive, which is a big reason why I come back here.

The front desk service was extremely poor. I called to request a copy of my personal CT scan electronically , but she refused to cooperate. When I told her I urgently needed it, she read my message but never responded. Patients have the legal right to access their own medical information, but the front desk withheld my records and refused to assist. Her excuse was I am too busy. I will report this incident to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the New York State Board for Dentistry. I am very disappointed and angry. I am only reasonably asking for access to my own personal medical data, yet the clinic staff handled this in a completely unprofessional way.
