Guys, I need to tell you about this place. 10/10 service. Dr. Howard Chi and staff were VERY kind, professional and caring. They made my experience wonderful and stress-free. The office is easy to find and located on the 8th floor. I was very glad that they took my insurance and even though I did have to pay a bit because my insurance is kinda selfish I really didn't mind at all because the consult visit made me feel comfortable and sure about this place. The office was clean, staff were always polite and attentive and Dr.Chi has a kind and friendly bedside manner. My insurance took a while to get back to them which I didnt mind but that is something to be considered if you are in immediate pain. Its not their fault, all medical places have to tango with the insurance first. I went to get one of my wisdom teeth removed on 01-09-2026 and I can honestly say that it has healed well to the point where I forgot I even had the surgery last week! 😆 The wait time wasnt long and the procedure went by so fast! One moment he was asking me how I felt after inserting the IV and before I knew what was what they were done! 😂❤️ They prescribed the right amount of medication for me and I can truly say that I hardly experienced any discomfort at all post surgery. Second day was mild soreness but no pain and the medication definitely helped. This was my last extraction but if anyone needs a place for an extraction or any dental work I would DEFINITELY without a doubt recommend this place. 👌 Thank you to everyone at Grand Oral Surgery. 🙏🏽

I had a good experience. I got both my bottom wisdom teeth out. Dr. Chi was kind and answered all my questions. My wisdom teeth were impacted, so I got IV sedation. This stuff was good; one second, I was looking at the needle, the next second everything was done. Currently, on my 2nd day, no issue or pain so far. But I guess, this would vary based on the person. Overall, 5 stars.

Had two wisdom teeth removed yesterday & it was quick and easy! Everyone was so nice & comforting, and the surgeon was kind and gentle, and told you everything he was doing as he was doing it which helped with my anxiety. Minimal bleeding and swelling on post op day 1 for me, and I’m more sore than being in any pain pain! For me, I was aware but felt no pain, and if I felt anything they were quick to fix that! My advice is to rest, relax, take the meds they prescribe, and Ice packs :)

I only had weekend availability for wisdom tooth extraction, so Marc Pan was my dentist from consulting to procedure. He was definitely witty but easy to talk to and informative and tells you to be preventive next life time around to get all wisdom teeth out as early as possible. I waited until I fully healed from my extraction site to write a review. Dr.Pan was thorough, the clinic receptionists were friendly enough, very calm interior with a nice view, they have a standing x-ray panoramic in office which was convenient, it took me about 3 weeks to heal, and care instructions were written on a paper which was clear.

If your insurance doesn’t cover ct scan don’t come. They first call me and told me a total of ct scan and anesthesia is $500 and then next day when I call in to make an appointment they told me it’s $600. I was questioning why but the receptionist just kept cutting off my sentence. So I just went to do the extraction without a ct scan. However, staff here need to be trained. If they don’t have a good mood then quit the job. No one forced them to work here. I have no idea why they always have a bad attitude. You are paid to work. If you are unhappy then quit the damn job.
