They truly succeed in making your cleaning a smooth, relaxing experience, which is really hard to do in the world of dentistry! I liked everyone I met and of course appreciated the details like the eye patches to help relax. It was a painless, soothing time, highly recommend and will return! :)
Best dentist experience! I went in for a cleaning and consultation on my wisdom teeth. My hygienist Paulina is extremely kind and patient, and explained to me all there is to know about my teeth, and even explained to me how the apparatus work which no dentist has done to me before. The cleaning itself was also well done, I felt less discomfort than in my previous cleanings. They really show the care to make the dentist experience as pleasant and unintimidating as possible. Highly recommend!
My first time here. What a wonderful dental experience! The offices are stunning and so clean and a joy to be in. The treatment I received was top notch. Caring professionals who didn't make me feel they were rushing me through. Thoroughly explained everything. The women at the reception area were friendly and cheerful - immediately acknowledged my arrival. I have been to many medical offices where the reception was less than friendly. You feel ignored and hope they notice you and can be very crabby. Highly recommend.
this was my first dentist visit in NYC and now I know I never need to find another. everyone at mint + bella, from reception to the hygienists to Dr Isabel herself was SO incredibly kind and welcoming. the staff explained every part of their processes and were so gentle, always making sure I was comfortable. there was no sense of shaming or unnecessary upselling that sometimes happens with other dentists. not to mention the office is beautiful as well and in a very central location. I will definitely be back!
I adore Mint and Bella Dental! I especially recommend seeing Paulina for your teeth cleaning. She has created for me the very best experience going to the dentist in my whole life, and I have high dental anxiety! She is the best medical practitioner I have ever worked with, actually---she is patient, generous in spirit, and knows how to support you to take the next steps for your oral health care. Especially if you are avoiding going to the dentist, you can totally trust her to get you back on a good path. The dentist, Dr. Isabel Del Carpio, is also excellent and super kind, and she will work with you through any anxiety. As a neurodivergent person, I especially appreciate both their kindness with being aware of sensory differences and needs. They also help you anticipate what the experience will feel like for various appointments, and they give you choices/options (when possible) to decrease anxiety. Everyone in the office is wonderful to work with, including over email and phone. I am so grateful that I found them, and I feel so confident that I am receiving good care.
