I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years due to a malpractice issue at my previous office, which caused fear regarding dental visits. Recently, a filling fell out, and I knew I needed to go to the dentist. From the start of the visit, I felt much more relaxed than the last time I was in a dental office. The hygienist, Tetka (I believe that was her name), took the time to read the notes I left about my nerves regarding the dentist. She was kind and empathetic throughout the visit. I hadn't received a cleaning in a few years, and both she and Dr. Velano ensured I was comfortable during the cleaning. I have to return later this month to get my fillings done, and I have complete trust in Dr. Velano and Tetka. I hope Tetka will be my hygienist again. This visit alone has eased my fears, and I look forward to my next routine cleaning. Thank you and your entire team for making sure my fears were unwarranted.
Dr. Ninos is very honest. ☺️ that's why I like to keep going with him. I will never going to change with him with any other dentist again..

Had a friend tell me she had a root canal done. Same tooth needs another root canal. Told her they are supposed to do it free. Since that means they didn't go deep enough the 1st time. They told her it's been over a year so they won't do it free. She's been saving for a car and been complaining about pain in that tooth since last summer. Aka it truly is there mistake. With the pricing on dental they should never do the same procedure twice and get paid twice.
This has been a bit of a brutal experience so far. I have been working on Invisalign with them for a year and half. The office is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Many don’t really seem to know what’s going on most of the time. Maybe they need a new system or something I am unsure but it’s really challenging to deal with. My treatment has been on hold for almost 3 months with another month to go due to office issues which is extremely frustrating. It’s not easy wearing this all the time as it is but then a completely unnecessary 4 month pause wearing the same trays is not ok. It feels like they just pump people in and out for money. I would not recommend ortho here. I regret choosing this place and should have done more research before starting. I am not happy with my results so far either. 6k$ was not worth it.
From the beginning, this locations receptionist and front desk had been nothing but rude. I called initially and asked to schedule an appointment. They immediately told me they didn't take my insurance. I was taken aback since I got their number directly from my insurance website. After being transferred, Maria confirmed they do in fact take my insurance. I called 2 days before the appointment to confirm everything was good to go and the receptionist told me they do not take my insurance. I asked them to confirm again and they said we don't confirm until the day before the appointment. She said I could just find out myself by calling my insurance. Since that was already a run around I asked them to cancel this appointment. She said immediately confirmed and hung up on me. I tried to call back and was put on hold for 20 min, no answer. This place is a wreck.
