I’m so thankful with doctor Lee, she was so patient with me when we did my wisdom tooth surgery, I was extremely nervous, she treated me like a baby🙈 I feel so comfortable with them, after my surgery I didn’t have any pain or inconvenience! all her team are really nice people, there’s no waiting time, you come to the office and they assist you right away, she explains you step by step what is she doing and what she is going to do, she is a really kind and professional person! After enduring five years and spending huge sums of money with other dental practitioners who exacerbated my dental problems, I was fortunate to meet Dr. Lee. I had my very first and only visit with Dr Lee and I was recommended to have a consultation with the treatment coordinator due to the work I need done even though it was going to be over $11,000 I wanted to still hear from the coordinator and was told she would call me on a Tuesday, as that is the only day I am available. She never called.
I followed up and was reassured that I would receive a call the following Tuesday, and once again, no one ever contacted me. Due to this lack of follow-through and communication, I decided to move forward with a new dentist.
I requested my X-rays and chart note since it would say what treatment was recommended so I could continue care elsewhere. Ofcourse I received my X-rays but not the chart note. I asked for this three separate times via email and phone and was told each time that the notes would be sent to me but they never were. Even though the chart note isn’t a huge deal. It makes me think the doctor wrote things in there that I probably did not need…
Patients have a right to their medical records, and it should not be this difficult to receive basic documentation. Unfortunately, due to poor communication and repeated unfulfilled promises, I would not recommend this office.
