I don’t know how someone could post a negative review about Dr Galán … his bed side manner is exceptional, and he always does a great job! I recommend !! Been going for years.

Place didn’t just make me feel like a valued customer but also family, Mrs. Galan has taken great care of me and my family teeth for years and I can say proudly, will always be my number one dentist

I waited almost 3 hours to be called, and that was because two people canceled and rescheduled. I have no reason to lie but I probably was sitting on the dentist chair for less than 5 minutes. He did the fastest cleaning ever and I was out the door. The two people before me, he spent like an hour on each of them. But I guess since I'm an American and not born Dominican like him, he didn't care to help me. And I'm Dominican by my parents but I was born here in NYC. I don't know, you just noticed when you are treated differently and brushed off.

The most unprofessional dentist I’ve ever been in my life! Today I had an appointment at 12pm scheduled so I went there 5 mins before and then I filled the form then I asked the rude lady at the front desk how long I should wait and she said max 1h I was already shock that I patient has to wait 1h. Than after 1h and half the assistant called me to take the x-ray and she brought me in a room completely dirty, let me seat in a regular chair while I was doing x-ray… after wait 1h and half I asked again how long do I have to wait to see the dentist and she told me “I don’t know that’s how’s it work here, you have to wait 4 more patients front of you, so probably 2 more h” I got very upset so the dentist came out and instead of saying sorry he said what I have to do it’s normal that you have to wait! NEVER ANYMORE IN THIS DIRTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE!

Gave terrible care. Avoided difficultly in my mouth but charged the insurance for a cleaning he didn't even do. Not good dentist if you need serious work done. He cam only clean teeth poorly. Went there 2 years ago. I'll report him to NYC state and BBB.
