Dr. Cohen's office is spectacular. I went in for a consultation for wisdom teeth extraction and I was blown away by the beautiful facility. I felt as though I was in the lobby of a hotel and nothing like any dentist office I had been in before. The front desk girl was very friendly and got in touch with my insurance company on the spot. Dr. Cohen was nice and took a scan before informing me that my wisdom teeth needed to be taken out sooner than later. I was super nervous for the procedure but when the day finally came the assistant as well as Dr. Cohen were so friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Cohen even checked up on me a few days later to see how I was feeling. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Cohen!
My 19 year old son had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at Park Avenue Oral and Facial Surgery. Dr. Ruben Cohen and his staff are so pleasant, so kind, so caring. The office is elegant, immaculate, and incredibly comfortable. Dr Cohen was so attentive to my son's needs and was patient and kind in explaining the procedure to us before the surgery. Dr. Cohen has a very calm and professional demeanor , a very gentle bedside manner and excellent technical skills. My son experienced NO pain, and was not at all nervous regarding the procedure due to Dr. Cohen's confidence and calm demeanor. I would highly recommend him with utmost enthusiasm.
I recently had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Cohen suggested I do it all in one shot. The surgery went fast and smooth. Dr. Cohen was extremely caring and attentive. I heard dry sockets were quite common with extractions and I'm happy to report I didn't have any! The girls who work in the practice with him are SO friendly and sweet, I felt comfortable calling the office with any questions or concerns. I'm certainly not the best patient so I reward them for putting up with me, they provided great service, and I highly recommend them!
