The best of the best! We have been coming to uptown pediatrics for too many years to count. Dr. Klein has treated all our children- and there are no words to describe the phenomenal care we get. She is so knowledgeable and follows up on every detail. She has taken care of so many different medical issues with confidence and capability.
The staff is terrific. From the lovely front desk that constantly helps us with appointments and the incredible techs that always have a smile- we are so lucky to be a part of this practice.

We have been coming to Uptown Pediatrics since my son was born in 2007, under the amazing care of Dr. John Larsen and Nurse Stephanie. The entire team is professional, thorough and kind. We moved to Westchester in 2019, but keep coming to Uptown pediatrics.
Ruby at the front desk is welcoming, attentive and accommodating.
This was my child’s first pediatrician and I absolutely loved how thorough they were. Dr Jon Larsen is truly a gem in the pediatric world. He always answered all of my questions and referred me to any specialist if I needed. The other doctors like Dr. Alpert and Dr Cerasoli are wonderful as well. The pediatricians here always made me feel supported and heard, and answered my questions through the portal, so timely. Yes, I agree with most of the other reviews that say the Front Desk staff are rude, but they do get things done and timely and very rarely do they miss a beat. they should be a little more patient and kind, but if you are looking around for pediatrics practice, I would not hesitate.
Everyone is so helpful and kind, super professional! Everything is kept clean and providers see the patients at scheduled time. Dr. Alpert is amazing! Ruby at the front desk is great also she is always trying her best to help out and schedule all appointments in a timely manner. I'd highly recommend bringing your children here!
My son saw one of the endocrinologists, Dr. Vickie Wu, to whom he was referred by his pediatrician. She was lovely and thorough. But the staff at the front desk are a nasty bunch. They rudely pestered me for a referral when my insurance doesn't require one. They should have made it very clear at the time I made an appointment. Also annoying is that they would not let me preregister before the appointment. Luckily my son goes to a practice where all of the support staff is so incredibly nice. If you're in the market for a pediatrician, I would look elsewhere first. You could have a much better experience.
