Honestly, I usually dread the dentist, but my cleaning here was actually great. The whole team was super professional and made everything easy from start to finish. I’m really impressed with how they handled everything.
Do not go to this dentis. My experience with this dentis was terrible. I was supposed to get a implant. He told me my insurance fully covers it. Then he said I have to get a bone graft done which insurance does not cover. I later found out insurance covers bone graft
While in the middle of implant procedure he left my insurance network and tried to charge be $1800.
Mind you the procedure was started while he took my insurance and he was still in the network, the insurance company already approved for implant.
And when my wife went for cleaning he took an xray and told my wife she had cavity that needed filling. My wife asked which tooth he said one nect to the root canal. My wife was confused because she never had any root canal procedures done. He basically showed her someone else’s xray.
Now I got a new dentis and my new dentis and I have called them many times asking them
To transfer all relevant medical documents to my current dentis but they have ignored us for 7 months.
Last week they finally sent me a Hippa release form and asked me to pay $15 which I did. Note they are charging me to send all this through email no hard copies, which I found it odd they charged.
Its been a week and still they have not transferred my medical records.
If you are using this dentis just be careful and double check with insurance because they will try to scam you.
I paid $4,900 for Invisalign treatment at this office and was told at the beginning that everything would be covered once treatment was completed. On the day my Invisalign attachments were removed, Dr. Benlevi was present briefly and then left unexpectedly. Shortly after, I was told I would need to pay additional money for retainers, but Dr. Benlevi was suddenly unreachable and did not speak with me directly.
When I questioned the charge, the receptionist told me that I had “already had retainers in the past.” I explained that this made no sense, as I still had Invisalign attachments on my teeth at that time and therefore could not have had retainers. After I pointed this out, the explanation changed, and I was told they would proceed with ordering the retainers and “see what the doctor says” regarding payment.
After that visit, there was no communication from the office. I had to call multiple times over the course of three weeks just to find out whether my retainers had arrived. No one followed up with me.
When I finally returned in person, I was again told I had to pay $500, and once again Dr. Benlevi was “unreachable.” At no point did he directly explain the situation, the charges, or address the lack of communication. and this wasn’t the first time that this office was unprofessional throughout the two years of my treatment.
The entire experience felt unprofessional and misleading. Invisalign treatment is a major financial commitment, and patients deserve transparency and direct communication from their provider, especially at the end of treatment. not the first time that I experience, unprofessionalism & lack of communication in this office.
