I had my first appointment at Smile Central Park, and it went great! From the moment I walked in, I was helped right away, and luckily, there weren’t a ton of new patient forms to fill out. There was also no wait time like you often get at other dentist offices. My hygienist, Ms. Ashley Alba, was amazing—super gentle, kind, and she talked me through the whole cleaning, making sure I was comfortable and pain-free the entire time. The best part was when she took a 3D scan of my teeth for a retainer fitting. Definitely recommend Smile Central Park, and I’ll be coming back again and again!
Been going to this practice for years, and they are truly the best. Friendly, clean, efficient. Had some fillings done and it was so painless I actually fell asleep during the process. Doesn't feel like I'm constantly being scared into extra services and upcharging, either. Highly recommend!

Had an appointment scheduled first thing in the morning the day after a blizzard. Arrived on time, only to find the practice closed. They did not bother to call and cancel that day’s appointments, or even to send out electronic cancellation notices. In fact, I had woken up to an appointment reminder text that morning. I left a voicemail saying I was standing outside the locked door waiting for my appointment—it has been two days and they have yet to call me back to apologize or offer to rebook me (which I won’t be doing as I’ve already located a new dentist).
10:59 I would never go back to this place again even if my flipper needs adjustment. Save yourself the hassle, the hostility and the ineptitude that i received in this place. Staff don't have the remote idea about patients, i was treated with such disrespect, my calls were ignored, i was put on hold for a long time in several occasions and they never returned my calls. After 3 weeks of waiting, they promised to call ne back in the second week but they never did, i had to call the office and again they promised to call me back when the flipper arrived, they never did. On the third week I called again, my call was put on hold and they hanged up on me. Finally the receptionist said the flipper was ready but she wasn't even sure. I was given an appt that was canceled with no prior notification. I called again and put on hold and they intentionally ended up my call.finally i was able to set up my appointment after one month and later on was postponed. My worst experience ever dealing with negligent inept staff who at the end ignored all my calls. Finally after an unnecessary argument I got to see the doctor. The flipper needs adjustment but i rather go somewhere else for that to avoid humiliation and stress. Last but not least, i got a bill in the mail for $521 saying for the delivery of that flipper that never worked for me. A complete waste of money and time. Now they expect me to pay for that bill knowing that they always specified me they won't do any job without being paid fully. What a joke this place is and on top of this whole ordeal, they expect me to be that stupid to pay that bill. No way!!, horrible treatment, humiliation and abuse towards me who only walked in for a cleaning and ended up losing my implant that was in perfect condition. I will soon see a lawyer to discuss that bill and the emotional damage that they caused me. This will not end up here and they won't get away with this. I know my rights.
