I've been coming to Allen & Schwarz for years. They've always taken good care of my teeth. There's never a wait and the office is clean and the staff eminently professional and courteous. I still come here for my dental care even though I don't live in Manhattan anymore so that should tell you something.

From efficient & friendly front desk (formerly Jillian, now Natalia) to knowledgeable, personal, and responsive answers to your billing and insurance questions (Diana) to amazing and trusted pros in your mouth (Janet for my cleaning & Xrays and Dr. Allen assisted by Fiona for the rest).
FEAR NO LONGER! (Forget "Marathon Man!") Dr. Allen will tell you exactly what he's going to do and joke along the way. (And he will ALWAYS listen if you need him to stop.) Fiona will hand him what he needs when he needs it, so everything is seamless. Janet will power-wash your ivories until they shine! (And provide friendship as she does so.) Her experience and knowledge is impressive (and always matches the doctor's call!). And I love my 'goodie bags.' The office has high-grade air filters and the professional staff ALWAYS masks to mitigate any risk from pesky viruses.
My trust in this practice is so complete that although they are not covered by my insurance and dentistry is not cheap, I feel it is an important investment in my ongoing health.
Dr Allen is simply the best dentist I have ever had. He and his staff are friendly and professional, and their practice is always informed by the latest advances in dental science.
I have been a happy patient of Dr Allen's since 1984. He's a great dentist and a real Mensch! The staff is also amazing!
Dr. Allen and all the staff are wonderful. The office is clean, bright, and welcoming. I have recommended Dr. Allen to all my NYC friends and family because of the quality of care provided. They have added a number of Covid-19 safety features to the office to keep everyone safe but it didn't make the visit any less welcoming. Highly recommend!
