Adam R. Silevitch, DMD

Dr. Adam! My daughter started seeing Dr. Adam at the age of 5. She is now 18 and I was concerned she would need to switch to an adult dentist. However, not the case! She can continue on with who we both feel is the best dentist in NYC! Dr. Adam is not only an excellent dentist, but is kind, personable and ultimately cares as much as you (as a parent) care about your child's teeth!

I am a teenager who has been going to Dr. Adam for more than 6 years. He makes me feel at ease, always knowing how to lighten an appointment up, and he softens up any dental blows, like cavities you might face. He also helps my parents feel welcome in his office, joking with them, and answering any questions they might have. He clearly communicates what procedures he has to do and why he has to do them. Dr. Adam is the only dentist I've ever visited that has shown genuine interest in my life. He often has a conversation with you before starting any dental work, catching up on what is going on with you between visits. I never feel rushed or like I am just a number to him. He really makes going to the dentist an (almost) enjoyable experience.

I've known Dr.Adam since I was old enough to go to a dentist and he has always gotten me through those scary parts when he puts a super loud and sharp object in my mouth. For most kids the dentist is a scary place but when I am called in the waiting room and Dr. Adam coms out with his big warm smile and says "you ready Morgan?" he always finds a way to make me laugh. I'm so thankful that Dr,Adam puts up with my bad brushing and constant complaining when i'm not even in pain! The main point is that Dr.Adam is the BEST! Thanks to him my teeth look great and i'm not afraid of the dentist anymore. well.....

Dr. Adam Silevitch is wonderful and thoughtful. He is GREAT with our daughter. He has a gentle and trust building approach and prefers not to sedate (he uses laughing gas). He filled 2 of my 4.5 year old's cavities yesterday and it went so well I honestly couldn't believe it. HIGHLY recommend.

Dr Adam makes going to the dentist fun! He has a personality that is super interesting. You could talk about sports and anything else. If you are looking for a dentist he is the man!
