Great experience with Dr Wendy and Trudy. Dr Mayer took her time with the cleaning and I definitely feel the difference.

I wanted to use Groupon for a dental cleaning here, so I called to make an appointment. From the very first call, the woman who answered—an older lady, I believe—was extremely rude, aggressive, and blunt, which already gave me a bad feeling. The day before my appointment, I received a voicemail from the same woman. In the message, she repeated twice that my appointment was at 12:00. But no—that’s not correct. My appointment was at 1:00. I know this for certain because I already had another appointment scheduled at 12:00, so it would have been impossible for me to book that time. So, I called back. The same woman answered with the same rude attitude and angrily insisted that my appointment was at 12:00. When I asked if I could reschedule for next week, she tried to push me to take an appointment at the end of October. When I said I preferred next week, she snapped again, saying the doctor would be on vacation from October and it wasn’t possible. At that point, I canceled everything. If anyone is considering coming here through Groupon, please don’t. For the sake of your mental health, it’s better to avoid it. I truly hope no one else has to go through the same unpleasant experience I did.

I wish I had read the lowest ratings before the positive ones. Had a broken tooth. Wendy, said I didn’t need a root canal. She “prepped me for a crown. Did a horrible job. And in fact I did need a root canal. I payed way too much to see her. And she was going to cap a bad tooth. Don’t waste your money! I had a gut feeling and went to another doctor to get a second opinion. And, in fact it’s true. She never tested the tooth. Just drilled. Put a temporary on , which was a horrible fit!!! Shame! Well, you got my 700.00$ you keep it! People beware! Do your research.
