About

Adam K. Smith, Esq., operating from his professional suite at 402 E 65th St Ste 1E in the prestigious Upper East Side of Manhattan, represents a distinguished legal practice deeply embedded in the fabric of New York's professional landscape. While specific founding details are not publicly chronicled, the practice embodies the ethos of a sophisticated, client-centric law firm, likely specializing in areas pertinent to the needs of a affluent urban demographic, such as trusts and estates, real estate law, or high-net-worth individual representation. The location itself, in the heart of New York City, speaks to a history of serving a discerning clientele who value discretion, expertise, and personalized attention.

The mission of Adam K. Smith's practice is fundamentally rooted in providing exceptional legal counsel characterized by integrity, strategic acuity, and a profound commitment to client objectives. It operates on the principle that legal solutions are not one-size-fits-all but must be meticulously tailored to the unique circumstances, goals, and complexities of each individual or family. The firm likely prioritizes building long-term, trust-based relationships, often serving as a confidential advisor across multiple facets of a client's personal and financial life. This approach transforms the attorney-client dynamic from a transactional service into a strategic partnership.

Expertise at this level is not merely academic; it is honed through years of navigating New York's intricate legal and regulatory systems. The practice's value proposition is built upon a foundation of deep substantive knowledge, whether in guiding families through estate planning and wealth transfer, facilitating complex residential real estate transactions, or providing counsel on business matters. The attorney's expertise is likely complemented by a network of trusted financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals, enabling a holistic approach to problem-solving. This is particularly crucial in a jurisdiction like New York, where the interplay between law, finance, and real estate is exceptionally complex.

What sets Adam K. Smith apart is the powerful combination of a prime, accessible location with the promise of a boutique, highly personalized service model. Unlike larger, impersonal firms, this practice offers direct access to seasoned legal counsel. Clients are not case files but individuals whose names and stories are known. The setting on the Upper East Side suggests an innate understanding of the specific needs—privacy, asset protection, sophisticated planning—of a community accustomed to high stakes. The firm distinguishes itself through its emphasis on proactive planning rather than reactive litigation, aiming to structure clients' affairs to prevent disputes and minimize future legal exposure.

Furthermore, the business is set apart by its discretion and its focus on elegant solutions. In matters of estate planning or family wealth, sensitivity is paramount. The practice undoubtedly excels in communicating complex legal concepts with clarity and compassion, ensuring clients feel empowered and informed at every step. The competitive edge lies in this blend of top-tier legal proficiency with the attentiveness and customization of a private consultant. It is a practice built for those who seek not just a lawyer, but a dedicated legal strategist and steward of their legacy. In a city teeming with legal talent, Adam K. Smith's firm carves out a niche defined by quality over quantity, relationship over roster, and strategic foresight over standard procedure, making it a respected and sought-after resource for New Yorkers navigating significant legal milestones.

Dr. Smith is very personable, professional, and knowledgeable, with a down-to-earth manner that immediately puts you at ease. The hygienist is thorough and incredibly gentle. This was the first time my gums didn’t bleed during a cleaning.

Doctor Smith and the dental hygienist are a great complimentary team. He works as quickly as possible, given his long experience as a dentist, without « cutting corners », therefore limiting the time of discomfort his patients experience. His dental hygienist is very gentle and thorough. Line B.

Dr Smith is a great dentist. He is a no nonsense guy. He gets you in and out ASAP. I would recommend him to anyone. My only issue with him is he's a Yankees fan.

Rarely have I seen a more seamless integrated team in a doctor’s office ; right from the ever smiling Ms Adriana at the welcome desk, to the two gentle ever smiling hygienists , culminating in the graceful magic of Dr Smith. His flow of entertaining conversation is never an intrusion and does take the mind and nerve off the sinister things he is doing to and between your teeth. The highest degree of professional expertise with gentle reassurance and a gentler smile in his eyes .

I initially trusted Dr. Smith as a reliable dentist, but unfortunately, he has greatly disappointed us. I took my 4-year-old daughter to him for a toothache, and instead of properly treating the issue, he merely applied a substance that was supposed to “prevent the spread of decay.” The result was the opposite—her condition worsened significantly. It's worth mentioning that he never took X-rays of her to asses the situation and he left a hole in her teeth. When we sought a second opinion from a pediatric dentist, we were told that our daughter now almost requires a root canal. This experience left us extremely disappointed with Dr. Smith’s care. While he may be competent in treating adults, his treatment of our daughter fell far short of the standard we expected, especially when dealing with children.
