About

Signature Smile General & Cosmetic Dentistry - Brooklyn Heights stands as a beacon of comprehensive oral healthcare and aesthetic excellence in one of New York City's most vibrant neighborhoods. Nestled at 100 Pineapple Walk, this practice has built a formidable reputation for blending state-of-the-art dental technology with a deeply personalized, patient-centric approach. Founded on the principle that every patient deserves a healthy, confident smile in a setting that feels more like a sanctuary than a clinical office, Signature Smile has evolved into a trusted community pillar since its establishment.

The practice's mission is unequivocal: to provide exceptional, evidence-based dental care that enhances both oral health and overall quality of life. This mission is driven by a commitment to lifelong relationships built on trust, transparency, and education. The team believes that informed patients make the best decisions about their care, which is why every consultation and treatment plan is explained in clear, accessible language, free of technical jargon and pressure. The philosophy extends beyond treating immediate issues to focusing on preventive care and long-term wellness, aiming to be a partner in each patient's health journey for decades.

Signature Smile's expertise spans the full spectrum of modern dentistry. The practice is led by highly trained dentists whose collective experience encompasses the intricate disciplines of general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry. This holistic integration is a key differentiator; a patient can receive a routine cleaning, address a complex restorative need like a dental implant, and achieve a stunning smile makeover with Invisalign and porcelain veneers—all within the same trusted practice. The clinicians engage in continuous education, staying at the forefront of advancements in digital dentistry, biomaterials, and minimally invasive techniques. This ensures that treatments are not only effective but also efficient and as comfortable as possible.

The unique value proposition of Signature Smile lies in its harmonious fusion of five core elements: cutting-edge technology, artisan-level aesthetics, unparalleled comfort, genuine compassion, and a true concierge-level experience. The office is equipped with advanced digital tools, including intraoral scanners that eliminate messy traditional impressions, low-radiation digital X-rays, and CAD/CAM technology for same-day crowns. The aesthetic results are crafted with an artist's eye for detail, ensuring that restorations are not just functional but naturally beautiful and tailored to the individual's facial features and personality.

What truly sets Signature Smile apart from competitors is its immersive patient experience. From the moment patients enter the calming, thoughtfully designed space—featuring amenities like noise-canceling headphones, cozy blankets, and a refreshment bar—they are treated as guests. The administrative team is exceptionally adept at navigating insurance complexities and flexible financing, removing the typical stress associated with dental care logistics. The practice's location in Brooklyn Heights makes it accessible, yet it maintains a boutique, neighborhood feel where staff know patients by name. In a city filled with impersonal dental clinics, Signature Smile General & Cosmetic Dentistry has carved out a distinctive niche as a place where clinical excellence meets heartfelt hospitality, creating not just beautiful smiles, but lasting relationships and a profound sense of well-being for every individual who walks through its doors.

They do such an amazing job. I have no problems with the work that they did on my teeth root canals, and inlays are definitely their specialty there. It’s wonderful to have no pain when I eat thank you. Amazing work !!!!!!!! Two years later teeth are still doing good. I’m keeping up with my cleanings and Signature smile has been taking care of my teeth. I have no problems.

I’ve sat on this for about a year now. My husband walked in for a routine cleaning, and walked out two root canals later. Come to find out the dentist failed to crown the tooth after and now my husband is dealing with a terrible infection that we are in the process of trying to rectify. I just want to emphasize how utterly abnormal this is; no one should walk in for a routine cleaning and walk out with two root canals afterwards. Since we went here together, my first appointment was for a routine cleaning, and dental X-rays. I complained about pain in my wisdom region but they said based on the x rays I was fine. I needed a follow up appointment for a mouthguard fitting which was fine. For some reason, full x rays were again taken. A phone call later I was told I too would need a root canal. As someone already very skeptical of root canals, my spidey senses went up. Upon a second opinion turns out just a tooth was chipped, likely from clutching. No root canal was needed. Unfortunately I cannot turn back the clock for my husband. But hopefully this puts the practice on notice as well as prospective patients. I feel confident that they are guilty of negligence, and take advantage of insurance when able. Go elsewhere.

Pushy with Invisalign, cleanings are rushed, and Inna Trogan completely butchered my wife’s gums when she rushed through the placement of her crowns, then over-filed said crowns until you could see the metal underneath. My wife went through an immense amount of pain and suffering at the hands of Inna Trogan. Pretty sure this one qualifies as dental negligence. Pictures are from day of crown placement and 16 days later. My colleagues have also been here and felt their regular cleanings and deep cleanings were rushed, and were pushed to get Invisalign before other medically necessary treatments. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

As the other reviwers suggested - this dentist tries to upsell you on all the extras - specially Invisalign. It was uncomfortable sitting there. I went back to my old dentist back home and asked her about the three suggested procedures and she said they are not necessary.
