I was referred to David Kessler's office from a co-worker that had 4 wisdom teeth extracted. I needed the same procedure to be done. I met with Dr. Kessler for him to assess my situation and had an appointment 2 weeks later. Due to a major snow storm due to hit the city, their office called me the day before to cancel and reschedule. The pain was becoming too much and I asked to be rescheduled for the same day, which they were able to make happen. I showed up to the office and though there was a long wait, which was expected due to the number of rescheduled appointments, Dr. Kessler saw me that day and before i knew it, my wisdom were extracted! The pain was minimal after the procedure and still have most of the painkillers provided. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Kessler for dental needs. He is very professional and very good at what he does.

This doctor has no compassion for his patient . My grandson waited over a month so that Dr. Kessler, take out his four wisdom teeth. We had agree that he was going to take out one teeth n he took out two of them. He was suppose to put him to sleep and he didn’t. My grandson, told me that he was in a lot of pain. So when I question him, with a straight face he looks at me and said if you don’t like it here take him somewhere else. I think he is a racist tours Spanish and color people. He is a mean doctor

Would never recommend this place to anyone. My cousin had surgery here today. The dentist left the office around 520pm and soon after the staff kicked us out. One nurse actually told me I needed to get the Uber as they were going home. This place closes at 6 might I add and it was only 532pm. She was still super groggy from the anesthesia and couldn’t walk without my support. The office doesn’t have good reception and ended up having to walk a block away will a heavy groggy person to try to get signal for an Uber. They’re patient care is nonexistent. I’m totally disgusted by their lack of service and care provided to her especially with pre-existing health issues. Better off spending your money somewhere else.

Trying to find an oral surgeon to remove a painful wisdom tooth, however the secretary cut me off and kept saying that the doctor is booked until March (1 whole month from my call). No one who is in serious pain will wait this long for an appointment. Crazy
