Exceptional Care and Service!
From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I was treated like family. I cannot recommend Dr. Wismer and her team enough! After a painful and unpleasant experience with a previous dentist, I was anxious about needing a crown for a newly chipped tooth. Finding a trustworthy dentist isn’t easy, but the staff at Dentistry at the Heights made me feel completely at ease from start to finish.
They checked on me throughout the procedure, offered a blanket for comfort, and even prepared my crown during the same visit — which was really important to me since I have a very busy work schedule. I was running late, and they kindly adjusted my appointment time without any hesitation.
If you have a busy schedule or just want a team that genuinely cares, I highly recommend this team for same-day crowns or any dental service. They truly go above and beyond for their patients.

Dr. Trotter did an excellent job with my veneers so far. I have the bottom permanent veneers and they look great. The top temporary veneers were put in today. I wasn’t sure about my top temporary veneers at first, but once the anesthesia wore off, I really liked how they looked. Dr. Trotter and the dental team are patient, professional, and they make sure I am comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I’m looking forward to getting my permanent top veneers soon.

03/01/2019- I went there today to get a procedure done, I didn't even know that Dr. Trotter was finished....he is that good. I had a great experience and I am happy that I found a great dentist in Brooklyn. The staff is fantastic and very friendly, they make you feel comfortable and very relaxed. I recommend them to all of you who need excellent dental care.

As usual the best dentist in Brooklyn. Dr. Trotter and the staff are phenomenal people to work with. I did 2 procedures over 2 days and I am very comfortable and happy with the results. The procedure I got done was so flawless, you couldn't tell that something was fixed in my mouth. I am so happy. Dr. Trotter is very patient and genuinely cares about his clients. He is an excellent dentist. I just love the warmth and professionalism that I am greeted with during each visit and the clarity and transparency afforded to me in regard to payments and post visit instructions.

I Have been a patient of this practice for over 10 years and never had billing issues in the past. Unfortunately, over the last several months I have experienced significant difficulty resolving a billing question. I called the office multiple times over a six-month period and was repeatedly told someone would return my call, but no one ever did. I ultimately had to submit my concern in writing. I hope the practice improves communication and billing follow-up, as this experience was disappointing after many years as a patient. I unfortunately will not be continuing my care with them. Save yourself from stress and headaches and find another dentist.
