Dr. Santana is a great Dentist and person. I have been to many dentists thru the years. and at 67, and if I had to rate Dr. Santana, I would put him at the top of my list. A+ for gentle, A+ for technical expertise and A+ for finished product. I have had root canals with crowns and a bridge done by Dr. Santana and am very satisfied. I'll end with a cliche, I usually dont write reviews, but was compelled by the the ? with the groupon review. Some people dont get it. You get what you pay for.
The Hygienist is hardly available , the office doesn't do reminders, and she is very young made a mess just to do a simple cleaning and rushes her clients the dentist assistant is the only one who is very kind and took her time explaining the x-ray results front desk doesn't greet the patients with a smile overall PLEASE Reconsider in coming here I'm changing my Dentist not happy with the service !
The women dentists seem to be in a hurry ... they are not in a hurry to finish. It's not good customer service ... your assistant was more involved than the dentist would not recommend ... so there are better dentist clinics that care about their patients. The dentist does not care.
My teeth cleaning with them was done in 10 minutes, with other dentists last a minimum of half an hour or up to an hour. The attention is very bad. Warning do not go here.
This is literally the worst experience I have ever had in a dental office. I took my daughter here after almost a year without having her tooth clean because once she turned 10 I didn’t know she has to see a dental doctor for 10 and older. Anyway we came in they did her X-ray and before you know it they started brushing her teeth and that’s was all. My mind just blow heat 😡😡seriously I ask the lady doing her cleaning and she has the nerve to say that’s all she will do. I can not believe how they still around with that type of performance. To be honest I am not surprised at all the office inside look wait to funny, now I am concerned if they tools the little they have where properly hygienic, at the end they gave her a tooth brush from the $1 store not kidding😩 I will never go there again I already call my insurance and complain about this office. People please be aware of this dental place..
The women Dentist seems to be in a rush.. not polite rushing to finish.Not good customer service.. her assistant was more involved than the dentist will not recommend ... way better dentist clinics out there that care about they patients.this dentist do not care. She rush thru my Wife, Son and Me & storm out. She does not care. Warning do not go here.
