About
N Y Dental & Medical Management, strategically located in the iconic Empire State Building at 350 5th Avenue, Suite 2618, stands as a premier consultancy and administrative services firm uniquely positioned at the intersection of clinical healthcare and business excellence. Specializing in the operational, financial, and strategic management of private dental and medical practices, the firm serves as the essential backbone for healthcare providers across New York and the tri-state area, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care while experts handle the complexities of running a successful practice. The company was founded on a core insight: even the most skilled practitioners often face significant challenges in navigating the administrative, regulatory, and financial landscapes of modern healthcare. N Y Dental & Medical Management emerged to fill this critical gap, bringing together seasoned professionals with deep expertise in healthcare administration, revenue cycle management, compliance, human resources, and practice growth strategy. Their mission is to empower healthcare providers to achieve sustainable profitability, operational efficiency, and exemplary patient satisfaction by implementing robust, scalable, and compliant business systems. The firm’s unique value proposition lies in its holistic, integrated approach. Unlike generic business consultants or piecemeal billing services, they offer a full-spectrum partnership. This encompasses everything from front-office operations and staff training to advanced credentialing with insurance panels, meticulous accounts receivable management, compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations, and long-term strategic business planning. Their team possesses a rare blend of certifications in healthcare administration, certified professional coding (CPC), and hands-on experience managing multi-specialty practices. What truly sets N Y Dental & Medical Management apart is its dual-depth expertise in both the dental and broader medical fields, understanding the distinct coding nuances (CDT vs. CPT), insurance ecosystems, and operational rhythms of each. They act as a force multiplier for solo practitioners, group practices, and emerging DSOs (Dental Service Organizations), providing the infrastructure and intelligence typically only available to large corporate entities. Their location in Midtown Manhattan is not merely symbolic; it places them at the heart of one of the world's most competitive and regulated healthcare markets, requiring them to maintain the highest standards of knowledge and agility. The firm prides itself on building long-term, transparent relationships, functioning as a trusted extension of the practice leadership. In an era where healthcare practices face relentless pressure from declining reimbursements, rising overhead, and regulatory complexity, N Y Dental & Medical Management provides the clarity, control, and strategic advantage necessary to not just survive, but thrive. They are more than consultants; they are operational partners dedicated to preserving the autonomy and enhancing the legacy of private healthcare providers.

Customer Reviews
Just had a cleaning with good results and would go back and recommend at one of 2 midtown offices. Hygienist was on time, experienced, very courteous and did thorough 30 minutes of work.
I noticed very few reviews for what appears to be a long standing dental practice which over many years can have a change of staff including attending dentists. I cannot speak to others experience but for me today June 2025 was very good
Wonderful facility! Family oriented and professional! They do everything they can to keep the integrity of your teeth. They also provide complementary consultations and offer the best, safest, least invasive and affordable course of action for your dental health. They do only what is needed and try to keep visits easy and concise for each of their patients! I highly recommend!
Hi
N Y Dental & Medical Management
I came across your business on Google Maps and took a quick look at your website.
I noticed your site isn’t fully set up to capture and follow up with new leads automatically, which usually means missed enquiries and slower responses.
I help local businesses improve their Wix websites and add simple automations (auto-responses, lead follow-ups, WhatsApp/email alerts) so no customer is lost.
If I could show you one or two quick improvements that could bring you more enquiries without extra work, would you be open to a short chat?
BAIT AND SWITCH, HIGHER PRICES THAN TOLD, NEARLY DOUBLE! felt like I was strongarmed, The address is different from the advertised one. A shared office, however the office was clean. Not sure how good the work is but the price switch turned me off!
Literally the WORST place ever! Not even going to call it a 'company' - it's a dodgy, Mickey Mouse operation that needs shutting down. I first went for a 'teeth cleaning, exam & xrays' (Groupon) and was only giving the cleaning part. Walked out pretty angry after having to wait for a long time too. Still the clean was good. They lied about their location and phone number. To book an appointment you have to deal with extremely rude, mean Nadia who has hung up on me a couple of times. My husband went back for the same 'teeth cleaning, exam & xrays' 4 months later. Firstly his appointment was cancelled 1.5hrs before the time due to an 'emergency', via txt msg! When rearranged for the following week, again like me, he was only given the cleaning part and he was made to wait over 30mins. When I complained about this, Nadia said it's normal... No it's not! When my husband asked to have his x-rays, he was told he could either wait 1-2hrs! until the supposed 'doctor' was available (lies!) or come back next week. He went back next week and surprise surprise, the mystery 'doctor' was still unavailable, this time another 'emergency' and they made him wait again, 20+ mins for x-rays that take less than 2 mins! After the eventual x-rays, they couldn't comment at all on the condition of his teeth and instead said the 'doctor' would email him a report the following week. When I rang Nadia to ask for the x-rays, exam report & costing, she said "Listen I'm not gonna repeat myself 10 times I told you you'll get it" and disconnected! What I got, was just 4 images - no explanation, no report, no exam. Sick people, horribly rude and mean staff, total waste of money & time. AVOID like the plague!!!
