About

Just 4 Me Pediatric Dentistry stands as a beacon of specialized dental care for children and adolescents in the heart of Buffalo, New York. Founded on the principle that every child deserves a positive, fear-free introduction to oral health, this practice has carved out a distinguished reputation for its compassionate, child-centric approach. Located at 160 Elmwood Ave in Buffalo's vibrant Elmwood Village, the practice is situated in a community-focused area, making it both accessible and a natural fit for families. The philosophy driving Just 4 Me is simple yet profound: pediatric dentistry is not merely about treating teeth but about nurturing a lifetime of healthy habits and positive attitudes towards dental care. The practice was established by a dedicated pediatric dentist who recognized a gap in the market for a practice that fully catered to the unique emotional and psychological needs of young patients, moving beyond clinical efficiency to create an experience that is engaging, educational, and even fun. The mission of Just 4 Me Pediatric Dentistry is to provide the highest quality, evidence-based dental care in an environment exclusively designed for children. This mission is realized through a team that is not only highly trained in the clinical aspects of pediatric dentistry but also specially skilled in behavior guidance, communication with children of all ages and abilities, and putting both children and their parents at ease. The practice’s expertise encompasses the full spectrum of pediatric oral health, from preventive care and routine hygiene to more complex restorative procedures and early orthodontic intervention. What truly sets Just 4 Me apart is its unwavering commitment to the 'patient experience.' The office is meticulously designed to be a welcoming, non-threatening space, often described as a playful and colorful oasis that immediately distracts from typical dental anxiety. From the themed treatment rooms and interactive waiting area to the language used by the staff—often referred to as 'kid-friendly terminology'—every detail is intentional. The doctors and team members invest significant time in building trust with each child, using techniques like 'tell-show-do' to demystify procedures. This unique value proposition is rooted in the understanding that a traumatic dental experience in childhood can lead to a lifetime of dental avoidance, whereas a positive one sets the foundation for lifelong health. Furthermore, Just 4 Me distinguishes itself through its focus on inclusivity and care for patients with special healthcare needs, ensuring all children have access to compassionate dentistry. The practice is deeply embedded in the Buffalo community, participating in local events, school programs, and educational outreach, which reinforces its role as a trusted partner in children's health beyond its clinic walls. By combining state-of-the-art technology with old-fashioned patience and kindness, Just 4 Me Pediatric Dentistry doesn't just care for smiles; it builds confidence and creates young patients who look forward to visiting the dentist, thereby setting a new standard for pediatric dental care in Western New York.

The best pediatric dentist around! Great staff, super friendly & very informative! Bonus is that every room has a different theme on the walls & it helped my daughter years ago get over the fear of going to the dentist! My 2 year old seems to like the place too! Always happy at our visits.

I cannot say enough great things about this practice. The staff is warm, helpful, patient, and welcoming. The rooms are bright and kid friendly. The dentist takes the time to go over everything in detail and answer any questions I have. Overall an incredible experience. Happy to have found them.

Dentist and staff were amazing! They were very patient with my son who is terrified of fillings. It was his first time getting laughing gas and they explained the whole process to him and really made him feel comfortable! They also were able to fit us in same day as his consultation and took care of his tooth that was bothering him. 10/10. They are awesome!

We had such a great experience at with my 14-month-old! Everyone was so warm, patient, and kind from the moment we walked in. The staff took their time to make my daughter feel comfortable, especially with this being her first visit to the dentist. The dentist was amazing — gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything to me and gave great advice to keep my daughter’s teeth in great shape. I left feeling so thankful and relieved to have found such a wonderful office. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a pediatric dentist who truly goes above and beyond!

My children have been going to Marti's for over 6 years and we have always gotten great service up until this point. One of my littles has a hard time brushing due to some sensory issues (on the spectrum) resulting in having to have caps placed on a few of the back teeth. The surgery for that went well at Children's and we were sent on our merry way. A few months later one of the caps came off, I was able to locate it, called and let the office know and they had us come in no problem. They placed it back on the tooth easy peasy. The cap came off again so I called and they had us come in. Came in and they advised they would check it out and see if it could be placed back on again. I sat my child down to be layed back and of course he was putting up a slight fight. I mean this is nothing new so I go over to assist by holding his arms to his side. The hygienist sat down opened a toothbrush went to look in his mouth stopped and got up. She went over to another, did some whispering and advised me they were unable to put the cap back on and they would just watch it. Watch it? You didn't even look in his mouth so what exactly are we watching? The vibe was just so off and weird. It was suggested we make a follow up appointment and they gave my son the opened toothbrush and a duck. I literally walked out of their crying because I was left so uncomfortable. I immediately called around to find my son another dentist while sitting in front of this place because I couldn't for the life of me understand what had just happened. Now yes my child is special needs and not much of a fan of the dentist but he's never done anything violent or wild where anyone should be scared or feel like their job couldn't be done. I mean again we've been coming here for years. I found my son a different office and they ended up extracting the tooth that they were "just going to watch". Of course with me setting up multiple dental appointments my insurance sent me a letter advising they couldn't approval multiple cleanings within such a short timeframe. Multiple cleanings? What fluoride? I ended up having to contact my insurance company because everything they billed me for that visit was never done. I mean if they wanted $5 for the toothbrush I would've gladly paid it cash.
