Customer Reviews
I walked there to get my 5 front teeth extracted by Dr. Otto(sp) and his lovely assistant. I was in at 9:20 and walking home by 9:40. I couldn't believe it. Now I'm stuffed with gauze and dreading work. Dr. Oddo(sp?)is THE best dentist I have had; I've been to plenty. I thanked him best I can with a mouthful of gauze and on my merry way. Next time I see them is for my partial. Got to wait a month is the worst part.
I have been a patient of this office for the last 25 years. The dental services have always be excellent. The office part has always had its drama. Today was a cleaning day for me, I have no insurance but I buy a discount plan via their recomediation for years. I made sure I had the premium paid and did not check any further because they knew what plan I had. Upon entering I was presented with three pages of forms to fill out because of a new system. Must have been too much work for the office. After the cleaning they said my bill was 160. I asked what happen to my discount plan. Answer we don't participate. After the cleaning was done. I asked why they waited till after and no real comment. I paid the bill and said good bye to the parking lot drama and the office drama. Next place easy parking and customer appreciation.
.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Office called and cancelled my appointment via 2 voicemails due to not calling with my insurance information prior to my appointment. Unfortunately, I missed the voicemails. WAS an established patient for over ten years that would often self pay for cleanings in the past. Why couldn’t I have just self paid even if they didn’t have my insurance on file?????They’re obviously more concerned about payment than customer care. The care here has gone down hill since Dr. Syer left!
So I schedule an appointment to have my teeth looked at cuz I think I have some cavities so I get to the place at Tuesday at my schedule at 11:00 a.m. appointment that is no longer in the system and they're saying that I have to wait till next week and order for my x-rays to be covered nobody could call me and let me know this information know they wanted to wait till I drove and took the day off of work to go to my appointment just to find out my appointment was canceled. horrible customer service
I have been going here for over 30 years. I have to go somewhere now. The front office staff are absolutely horrible. They just don’t care. The previous staff always called or texted you when your appt was near. Not this current staff! I missed an earlier appt so I paid the $50.00 fine. I asked if they changed policy about contacting patients & she said “no.” She also said they called. I said “no, I never received a call or text.” She outright lied. This kind of treatment from incompetent staff is not accepted. I adored my hygentist. Michealene. I will miss her but I cannot and will not go there anymore.
