Michael Hess, DDS

Every appointment I have had with Dr. Hess has been very thorough and pleasant. He takes time to explain things and is genuinely interested in me as a patient. He is the best dentist I have ever had. He is a 5 Star!

Very caring man and dentist. He took extra time with my mom. She has some dementia, and he went out of his way to assure her comfort. He even walked her out to the waiting room; she was a bit unsteady.

Best ever. Dr. Hess is outstanding. Walks you through the intier process. Always thinking of the patient. Also a funny guy.

They were very understanding with her. Because of the PTSD. They had a lot of patience with her. Which gave her the confidence to go thru the procedure. Thank you!

My treatment from Dr. Hess has been very good. The follow-up with prescriptions has been disappointing at best. On Thur. I was told he would send a script to my Pharmacy. By Friday afternoon it was still not received. I called his office and was transferred but the person never relayed the message. By Sat. my pharmacy still did not have the script but said they will contact Dr. Hess. By Monday afternoon it's still not been filled and when calling for prescriptions you don't get to speak to a real person, but I had to leave a message & request a script for something I don't know the name of. I called back & tried to speak to a nurse, but again you don't get to speak to a real person - only option is - leave a message. Surely Roswell Park can do better than this.... Don't you think ?
