Dr McMahon Wahler was referred to me by a relative many years ago. I am fortunate to have such a skilled ,experienced, kind compassionate person taking care of my dental needs. The office is immaculate, comfortable and the support staff equally as pleasant, knowledgeable and kind. Thank you

My entire family has been seeing Dr. McMahon-Wahler for about 10 years and am sad that I'm moving out of state and have to find another dentist. She is very good technically. I was missing the tooth next to the front tooth and she put in a crown. It was tricky because it needed to really do the job of 2 teeth. It looks great and I have never had problems with it. Stephanie, the hygienist is also excellent. I get a lot of stain and she is both gentle and thorough.

I been going to KMW Family Dentistry for about 6 years now, and I absolutely love this office! Dr. Kathleen is extremely knowledgeable, polite and talented. That is also true about her staff as well. The office is clean, neat and efficient. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for an upgraded dental experience.

This dentist has no bedside manner. I know several patients who no longer requires her service. I was dropped as a patient for no apparent reason, other than I challenged her. There are so many more dentists that are more qualified than Wahler. Her equipment is dated, and so are her techniques.

My husband was 10 minutes late to his first appointment because he had forgotten his new patient paperwork and turned around to get it. I was frantically called by Linda the receptionist to see if he was coming. On his second appointment which was at 3:45 he was on time and waited 30-40 minutes to be seen. For his last scheduled appointment he found out that he had to work over time. It was a Monday appt for 3:45. I called at 8:30, a half hour after the office opens, to say he had to work overtime and would be unable to make it to his appointment but would like to reschedule. Linda's entire demeanor changed from the other times I had spoke to her. She said well we need 24 hour notice for cancellations. I told her I called as soon as we knew and they were open. They are closed on the weekends, how does one give 24 hour notice for a Monday appointment if there is no one there to give it to? She then insisted that my husband come in that day at some point, she tried to have him come in at 1pm when he is at work all day plus overtime with a 30 minute lunch break. She proceeded to tell me that he needed to call them but she would cancel the appointment. Now we are receiving a bill for $25 for a missed appointment. He still would not have been able to make the appointment, but we were never told that we would be charged for the missed appointment. I have cancelled all future appointments as my husband plows for work in the winter and unfortunately snow doesn't always give us a 24 notice. We will be finding another dentist who is more accomdating and understanding of the middle class demographic who have to work for a living. This dental practice values their time and expects the same in return, but how does one do that when there is no regard to the patients time.
