I have not been to the dentist for about 15 to 20 years. The dentist is one of my biggest fears. I had a tooth that had decayed to the point it had to be removed. Now like I said I am petrified of the Dentist, but my biggest fear ever are needles. I explained my fears to even have my teeth cleaned and the dental hygienist assured me I was in very good hands with Dr John Eberz. The Dental Hygienist was right not only did she hold my hand during the entire procedure, but Dr Eberz made sure I had absolutely no pain. That was about a month ago. Since then the Dentist has fixed 4 cavities, discoloration of one of my front teeth and is also making me a night guard for my teeth when I sleep because I grind them. Everytime I had to have a cavity filled I had it filled with little to no pain. The Dentist talked me through and and made me very comfortable. I wasn't scared any more. I was finally able to trust the Dental field again. I absolutely love Healthy Smiles!!!! I will never see another dentist but Dr. Eberz!! Fast, friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Thank you so much for saving my teeth and helping me trust the dentist again. I think everyone should come here especially if they want amazing care.

Everyone there is so nice and personable. I can't say enough good things about my hygienist, Josie. Any anxiety you have walking in is completely taken into consideration and dealt with so perfectly it doesn't even feel real. THANK YOU

BEWARE I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so bad that I feel obligated to warn others. This might have been the worst dental visit we’ve ever had. My wife, who is from another country, had excellent cosmetic work done before moving here. We came in for a simple routine cleaning—but it quickly turned into a nightmare. She had a common procedure called diastema closure, where bonding is placed on the sides of teeth to fill small gaps. Before the cleaning, she told the hygienist about the bonding and asked them to be careful. They weren’t. The hygienist scraped it all off, leaving three gaps in her bottom row. My wife was in tears. Then the dentist pulled me aside—away from my wife—and instead of apologizing, said that “where she’s from, there’s a lot of butchery” and the bonding “must’ve just fallen off.” Racist. He had no idea where she got it done—he just assumed it was bad work because she isn’t white. He also didn’t even recognize diastema bonding as a legitimate cosmetic procedure. Ignorant. And worst of all, he wouldn't even say it to her face. Coward Ironically, the work she had done was so well executed, you couldn’t even tell there was bonding. The dentist reluctantly agreed to fix one tooth for free but said we’d need to pay for the others. We gave him a chance—big mistake. His attitude made it clear he didn’t want to help. He even acted like we were trying to scam him for free dental work—as if we couldn’t afford it. Wrong skin color, I guess. After just five minutes, my wife came out even more upset. He had filed down the inside of her tooth, made the gap worse, and shoved in a glob of bonding. The result? A fat, uneven, misshapen tooth that looks awful. The bonding doesn’t match, and the surface is rough and uncomfortable. This dentist has no business accusing professionals from other countries of “butchery.” The only butcher here is him.

My family has been coming to Healthy Smiles for years, I called and requested an appointment because I had chipped my tooth and was in some severe pain. After explaining this to them they put me on hold for a while and came back to tell me that I and my family was no longer welcome there. When I asked why they told me it was due to a series of missed appointments. This confused me because I have never missed an appointment in my years of going, after explaining this they said that my wife and two boys had an appointment that my wife had to miss unfortunately. They considered that 3 missed appointments putting our family out. I asked if they were sure or if they could make an exception or if I could pay a fee for the missed appointments due to the pain I was in and they said they were sure and we ended the conversation. Now, to start just about anywhere as a new patient I have to wait until January. Do better.
