During this national health crisis I found myself needing to change my appointment frequently because my daughter is a first responder, I got such patience and understanding from Jessica each time I called in working with my schedule. My denist, Dr. Margaret Pazzaglia is the best! She is attentive to the needs of her clients and always very professional with a wonderful smile. The genuine care that FDC has for their client's health and well-being is among many of the reasons I stay with them. They listen and deliver outstanding services. Dr. Pazzaglia scheduled me right away to repair a chipped front tooth. She did an amazing job. Staff were very warm and friendly. I am happy to switch to her care. Highly recommended.

I have been coming here for years and years and trust their work. They are very patient with their clients and never had problems with anyone there. When I relocated and was looking for dentists I would compare them to the service and quality I would receive from family dental center. When I came back to buffalo I went straight back to them.

I wish I could give a 0 star review but 1 is the lowest I could go. This place is a complete scam! Every time I go in for an appointment there’s no one there and now I know why. Normally a doctors office would call patients in advance to remind them of upcoming appointments to give them time to cancel if something important happened. I had an appointment on Wednesday and the place didn’t call until Monday at almost 12 o clock (my appointment time was 9 a.m.). Yes I understand patients should be responsible for their appointments but this appointment I made was an entire month ago and things obviously happen within a month. When I called to cancel the woman had the nerve to say “ we sometimes don’t have time to call patients but when we do, we call when we have time” WHAT OFFICE DOESNT HAVE TIME TO CALL THEIR PATIENTS regarding appointments??!! Every single doctors office I been to have called before a deadline to remind of appointments to give their members time to accept or cancel an appointment. So now I have to pay a cancellation fee of $40 because they called after the deadline. Not to mention their hours are ridiculous (8-5 during regular work hours with no flexibility and 8-1 on some days). Good luck trying to call them too. I left two messages and did not get any type of call back. I had to call them back and when I did I was placed on hold for about 20 minutes. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I am taking my business elsewhere.
