Everyone from the front desk to the nurses and Dr. Chmiel were fantastic! I had a tooth my regular dentist was not able to remove due to a curve at the tooth root. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The doctor sat down to talk with me before the extraction. He answered my questions in a concise, honest manner. The only discomfort was from the novacaine injections. Once I was numb, he went to work and was able to remove the entire tooth along with the curved root. I didn't feel a thing! The whole process from talking, to injections to extraction took less then 30 minutes. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you Doctor and staff for a truly pleasant experience!

My experience with this place was amazing my first time there & if I ever need anymore extractions down the road I will definitely choose this place again. I suffer from terrible dental anxiety and from the moment I walked in and the moment I walked out I was so comfortable. With IV Sedation I Had 2 wisdom teeth pulled today and it was by far the best experience I had regarding a dental office I was in and out with no troubles came home with zero pain and overall feeling great! All the ladies who work there are awesome and so nice. Thank you to everyone for making my visit stress free and anxiety free!

I got all my wisdom teeth out almost 2 weeks ago & the process was smooth thanks to Martha ! She was very nice & helpful . Usually I don’t leave reviews but I don’t mind doing it to shoutout good people . The lady at the office as well that guy I went to in williamsville was very nice as well I forgot her name . I was told by so many that it would be the worse pain , I mean it wasn’t the best but it wasn’t a 10/10. The surgery went well & fast . I recommend .

All 4 of my wisdom teeth got removed. Originally, I thought it was only one that needed to be removed since my Dentist told me it was impacted. Before even arriving there, the doctor called me and they were really nice and reassuring about any information I needed to know, considering I have a severe anxiety disorder. I’m not quite sure or don’t remember the guy’s name at the office desk, but he was super positive and has lent me unconditional kindness and support before my procedure. The surgeons in the back took very good care of me and genuinely wanted me to have a comfortable experience without stress. All of the questions that I had were answered in detail and clearly which was unexpected but so reassuring! Surprisingly, the surgeon told me that all 4 of my wisdom teeth needed to be removed and to prevent going through this procedure again, they said that they were going to remove them altogether to avoid future pain. This is only day 2 and of course I feel sore, however, I believe that I will be okay… Thank you so much for making this experience less anxiety-inducing for me, I very much appreciate everyone here at this facility! 🙂

Got surgery here four years ago. They pumped me full of propofol, didn’t even give me recovery time, and literally dragged me down a hallway while I was half-conscious. No wheelchair, no compassion, just two nurses hauling my limp body like dead weight. Felt like a prisoner of war getting evac’d. I was barely responsive and they treated me like a burden instead of a patient. Horrible experience. I still remember how sick I was. Never again.
