Urgent Dental Care – Buffalo

I needed emergency removal of a root canal and crown, followed by a bone graft. They got me in very quickly, made me feel comfortable, and did an excellent job on the dental work. Dr. Hughes was absolutely fabulous and has wonderful bedside manner. The prices were reasonable too. Highly recommended!

I cant say enough good things about Urgent Dental Care of Buffalo. I've had to be seen here on two separate occasions and both times they were absolutely incredible. The first time was for a broken tooth needing to be pulled. They got me in the very next morning. I was in and out in under an hour. The second time was a similar situation. I had a cavity on a back tooth that grew, until eventually the tooth cracked, but this time the pain was unbearable! I ve dealt with plenty of tooth pain over the years, but I have NEVER had tooth pain this bad before! I was literally curled up on my bathroom floor screaming/crying into a towel. My bf called around 10am on a Thursday and originally they said they could get me in at 7:30pm (which I was fine with, at least it was the same day) and that they'd call sooner if they had any cancelations. Well, 15min later the receptionist, Stephanie called me back and asked if I wanted to come in right away - I guess she heard me crying in the background of the previous call and spoke to the doctor about getting me in ASAP, which was SO amazing of her! But they got me in a chair and numbed up about 10-15min after arriving and again I had my tooth extracted and was on my way home in under an hour, pain free! I'm like a lot of people where I had a fear of the dentist for most of my life and im also very insecure about my teeth, but they never make me feel judged or make comments to make me feel worse. They talk you through the process and put your comfort above all else. Honestly, they've helped ease a lot of my fear of the dentist because of how kind, caring and efficient they are! I wish they were a normal dental practice cause I'd be the 1st patient in line to sign up! Thank you to everyone at Urgent Dental care for making time in your busy day to squeeze me in last second and for getting me in out so quickly! You guys are amazing and I cant tell you how much I truly appreciate you all for taking such great care of me! ❤️

I cannot say enough positive things about this establishment! Sunday night I called and a lovely woman, Lisa, answered the phone and was so sympathetic and friendly. She was able to get me an appointment on Monday, LESS than 24 hours! Dr Cyrus and Dental Assistant Shelly were both extremely friendly and informative through the entire process. Most people have fears going to the dentist but I can assure you if you go here there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to worry about. They take care of you with great attention to detail and always ensure you are comfortable the entire time. When everything was done Shelly went out of her way to ensure we had all the at home instructions and what to expects. She made sure I was very informed on what to do and also said to call anytime with follow up questions. Top notch company. Thank you to all the staff here from the bottom of my heart. You turned a tough painful situation into a great experience!

I woke up with the abscess on my left side and I called the office and they were able to see me 20 mins after my phone call! I had the pleasure of meeting with Ryel the dental assistant, assisting Dr. Nathan Riexinger. And wow all I can say is they were both so lovely. Ryel immediately greeted and took my X-rays in such a well-mannered way. After that Dr. Nathan seen me right away and he is so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. I had a root canal abscess and he recommended a drainage that they did right then and there. Felt so much better and at ease when I left. Definitely recommend this office to everyone and being open on Sundays is a huge plus! I also was shown the cost before the treatment even started and to take X-rays and treatment the day of, the price was very reasonable!

I have a severe phobia of dentists. I recently had a bad infection and needed a tooth pulled asap. I went here and the entire staff was absolutely amazing. They could tell my anxiety was through the roof and I was not at all comfortable being there. Doctor Riexinger and Shelly did everything they could to make me as comfortable as I possibly could be, they were great. The tooth extraction was fast and painless. Even the day after, I feel awesome. I would recommend them to any and everyone. Because of my great experience, I'm becoming a new patient to the practice of Doctor Riexinger who treated me to take care of the rest of my dental issues. I'm looking forward to finally getting my teeth taken care of.
