Located at 6095 Transit Rd in the bustling suburb of East Amherst, this practice is dedicated exclusively to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and state-of-the-art healthcare for women across all stages of life. While operating under the established umbrella of General Physician, PC—a group known for its multi-specialty care in Western New York—this particular office focuses its expertise entirely on the unique and evolving medical needs of women, creating a sanctuary for health that is both clinically excellent and deeply personal. The practice is built on a foundation that understands women's health is not merely a subset of general medicine but a distinct discipline requiring specialized knowledge, empathy, and a holistic approach.\n\nThe mission of General Physician, PC Women's Health is to empower women through informed, personalized, and accessible medical care. The practice operates on the core belief that every patient deserves to be heard, understood, and actively involved in her own healthcare journey. This patient-centered philosophy is evident from the moment one enters the welcoming East Amherst office, where the environment is designed to reduce anxiety and foster open communication. The practitioners here are committed to more than just treating symptoms; they aim to build long-term, trusting relationships with their patients, serving as partners in health from adolescence through menopause and beyond. This continuity of care is a cornerstone of their service, allowing for a deep understanding of each patient's history, preferences, and health goals.\n\nWhat truly sets this practice apart is its synergistic position within the larger General Physician, PC ecosystem. Patients benefit from the focused, boutique-style care of a dedicated women's health center while having seamless access to the vast network of primary care physicians, specialists, diagnostic services, and care coordinators within the wider group. This integration facilitates a uniquely coordinated care model. If a patient requires consultation with an endocrinologist for thyroid issues impacting her reproductive health, a dermatologist for skin changes, or a physical therapist for pelvic floor dysfunction, the internal referral process is streamlined, ensuring all providers are on the same page regarding the patient's comprehensive health picture. This eliminates the fragmentation often experienced in healthcare and provides a true 'medical home' for women.\n\nThe expertise at this practice spans the full spectrum of women's health. The clinicians are highly trained in routine preventive care, complex gynecological conditions, family planning, and managing the hormonal transitions of perimenopause and menopause. They employ evidence-based guidelines while also personalizing treatment plans to align with each individual's lifestyle and values. A key differentiator is their commitment to patient education; they take time to explain conditions, discuss all available treatment options (both conservative and interventional), and ensure patients leave feeling confident and clear about their health decisions. In an era where medical appointments can feel rushed, the team at General Physician, PC Women's Health prioritizes meaningful dialogue. Furthermore, their location in East Amherst offers convenience and accessibility to residents across Amherst, Clarence, Williamsville, and the broader Northtowns community, providing top-tier specialized care close to home. By combining clinical excellence, a holistic and empowering approach, and the robust support of an integrated medical group, General Physician, PC Women's Health stands as a distinguished leader in dedicated women's healthcare in Western New York.

This was my first visit since Dr Nabi retired. I checked in using a kiosk. I was called back within ten minutes of my appointment time & the nurse was friendly. This was my first time meeting Dr Eswar - he was kind, informative, and made me feel at ease. I am very happy with him as my new OBGYN provider.

I have been going here for a long time and actually have had great experiences in the past few years. Today was the best! Dr Gomez really listens to me and cares about me. The office staff was also super friendly. I am really relieved because as I approach perimenopause, this type of care is important to me.

Diane (not sure of position) is extremely disrespectful and condescending when speaking. Terrible customer service. Chloe the supervisor did call back to reschedule for sooner appointment after being declined appointment time . Arriving 8 min late. Excuse was because physians want to leave on time. Supervisor excuse was new patients should come ten minutes early. But in the same breathe said pts have 10 min grace period. After explaining it was 8 min. Than she tried to say it was 23 min late. Yet $60 in uber was wasted in travel with proof of arrival. Clinics are ran successfully because of patients. It's a business and this was my first experience as a first time patient. No need for a call back just giving my experience so someone's else experience may be better.

I have been going to this practice for 25 years and have had 4 children delivered by them and it has been steadily going downhill the less Dr. Nabi is involved. It was once an excellent practice made up of a group of skilled and caring women. It is now just a corporate office. I was scheduled for my annual visit with Terry in January. In late fall, I was told Terry was leaving the practice, I would be scheduled with Dr. Eswar, which was fine. Since then I have received 5 (FIVE!) calls to reschedule my annual appointment, each time the doctor is unavailable, not in the office, on vacation, scheduled for surgeries. I understand that things happen, but never have I been asked to reschedule an appointment this many times. I am beyond childbearing years, but have needed to have 2 biopsies in the past, and I need a doctor who actually has the time to see me. I feel completely dismissed and am so disappointed in this office. I will be going elsewhere for my care and suggest you do the same.

Unfortunately I had to go to this office due to my usual office not having any appointments for my ultrasound today. The tech was by far the most rude and dismissive tech I’ve had in all 38 weeks of my pregnancy. I had to get BPP testing done and while she was already taking measurements, she wouldn’t tell me how much the baby weighed, even though I saw her inputting numbers on a screen that she quickly exited. While that can be attributed to just being pregnant and sensitive, the tech ended the ultrasound by telling me where the exit and walking out, without even offering me anything to wipe the ultrasound jelly off my stomach with or even offering to help me get up from the bed that was completely flat with no pillow was shocking. My regular office in Depew would never do that. The BPP was rushed. We were done in 10 minutes and she even said if the baby hadn’t moved in 30 minutes then we would have to reschedule due to no movement, so that let me know that she could’ve taken a little extra time to tell me the weight or even get a good picture of the baby, instead of just a basic profile. I’ve never felt so dismissed and truly uncared for. My husband was with me and he was shocked at the treatment since it was starkly different than the treatment I get at the office in Depew. For my next baby, if there’s ever no ultrasound availability at my office in Depew, I would happily take the longer ride out to Eden, than to experience the lack of basic decency I experienced today.
