Great dentist with nice staff. Always helpful and understanding.

Run down small place in south buffalo. Very unclear as to procedures when we first called the lady was very helpful as to getting seen but also stated that if it "was a wisdom tooth the dentist would not be able to extract it at the office" &I quote ...lone behold the dentist was able to extract at the office ... now in adequate pain n my ear seems to be plugged ???? No after antibiotics nor anything given for pain for the few days post removal besides ibuprofen even after calling the following day and making them aware of my situation and letting them know the throbbin is not exactly bearable they do absolutely nothing .Would not reccomed this place as their practices are very far off from other dentists that I have been to in past. N fyi not everyone is a pill abuser or seeking out some kinda high off of narcotics there may have been plenty of other non narcotic options that could have helped but again they do nothing. Almost feel like i am living in a 3rd world country . Guess if it gets too bad i will be visiting the er .Yours truly, Obama care sucks seeking new dentist
