This was an all around great experience. The staff greeted me warmly on my first visit explaining everything they were going to do slowly and patiently. They went above and beyond to retrieve my records from my previous provider sparing me the inconvenience of trying to retrieve them myself and, more importantly, getting to skip a full set of X-rays. Dr. Ames is gentle and thorough.

Dr. Amy and her staff are wonderful. I felt very welcomed and comfortable during my entire visit. The dental procedure chair is a massager which helped put my anxiety as ease. Highly recommended office.

Very good experience as a new client. Dr.Ames and her staff were prompt, caring , patient, supportive, answered all questions with excellent communication , professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend this practice with no hesitation. Children are accepted as patients, because I met young children and parents in the waiting room . Conveniently located near Clinton Plaza and McQuaid HS.

I just had my first visit to Brighton Towne Dental and I'm so happy I found them. The staff is friendly and professional, and Dr. Ames was very kind and knowledgeable. They communicated with each other about my dental history/issues. And they used a cool 3D scanner that made a rendering of all my teeth. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend them!
