The kindest and most gentle dentist and hygienist I have ever visited. The front desk staff are extremely courteous. I was able to make an appointment quickly, even though I am a new patient. I was anxious during my appointment, but everything was explained to me in a helpful and respectful manner. Would recommend Dr. Benson's office to anyone in need of any type of dental work!

I really appreciate Dr Benson- it's not easy to find a dentist who takes time to explain the reasoning behind tooth care and work that needs to be done. I feel comfortable with the level of care and when I needed a molar extracted, they went over the options for replacement and gave flexible payment options. I had lots of questions about the details of an implant and he explained everything. My wife and I appreciate the hygienists as well, they are careful and do a great job.

I discovered ROC Smiles because they were the only provider in the area I found that accepts my insurance that was not part of a chain practice. When I initially called to make a new patient appt, there was a 2 week turn around time. That appt got canceled due to the doctor being out, and it was pushed out another month. I accepted a cancelation appt sooner that was ultimately canceled by the office an hour before it was scheduled to start. After a confusing exchange of messages, I was able to keep my original rescheduled date. I had a good experience with the office outside of scheduling. The staff are friendly, the hygienist was great, and Dr. Benson as very professional and took adequate time to answer my question and give advice. The office primarily communicates via text which can be convent but also proved to complicate matters as there is more than one staff who handles this. Other than the scheduling issues, I have no complaints.

I have been going to Dr Benson for over 20 years!! He always keeps me calm and explains everything to me! He is up on the most relevant technology and his staff does an amazing job with cleanings! The office has a very laid back atmosphere and you can speak your mind and voice any concerns you may have. Dr. Benson is not always in the office which can make it difficult sometimes for non cleaning appointments ...but I always recommend him to all my friends and family
