I went there to have 3 wisdom teeth extracted and can say that it was a very positive experience. The staff is welcoming an accommodating and go out of their way to alleviate any concerns you have. The entire process from receiving anesthesia to the final tooth being pulled took at most 20 to 25 minutes which was awesome. Obviously there was some soreness over the next few days after the procedure but Dr. Birchfield maintained contact with me to ensure that everything was going smoothly. Although no one wants to have teeth pulled if I was to have to have this procedure repeated WNY Dental would be my Dentist of choice.

The care I received from Dr. Burchfield was excellent. I had my wisdom teeth removed with general anesthetic only, in under 30 minutes. I was extremely nervous about any pain but there was none. Professional and efficient.

Dr. Burchfield is one in a million. I was referred to have a truth extracted and he took the time out of his day to call me and advised to not have it done. To have a medical professional treat you in the best way for you, instead of the best way to make money for them, is a wonderful experience. Hats off to Dr. Enderline, my primary and Dr. Burchfield of Western New York Dental for taking such great care of me and my family.

Dr. Jeffrey Levine did an amazing job with my root canal. The procedure was much smoother and quicker than I had anticipated. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt at ease thanks to the friendly staff and the calming environment. The endodontist explained each step of the process thoroughly, ensuring I was comfortable and informed. I was pleasantly surprised by the minimal discomfort during and after the procedure. It's reassuring to know that my dental health is in such capable hands, and I won't hesitate to return for any future needs.

I was incredibly impressed by how quickly WNY Dental was able to set me up with two successive, same-day appointments for an emergency tooth extraction. I had BCBS insurance and a referral so thankfully everything worked out well price-wise, but the receptionists and dentists all worked incredibly efficiently to get me the best care possible. This was all while I was pregnant, so the timing was a little tricky to pull off, so I’m beyond grateful that they did it.
