Dr Coward did a fine job operating on my cataract and my vision has improved significantly. However, as far as her staff goes, has been less than stellar. The doctor prescribed a brand of eye drops for my dry eye condition and after 10 days I still have not received them. I’ve found out twice with Dr Cowards office and was just told they were still waiting for authorization from my carrier which usually takes a phone call. When asked why this approval was taken so long I was told to call the carrier myself. That’s not my job it’s theirs!!!!!
