This is the best dental group I've ever had in my 60 plus years of seeing dentists. The dental hygienist s are pleasant and wonderful, and my doctor, Dr Lipshutz, is absolutely wonderful. I would never go anywhere else

This is, perhaps, the worse dental office I have ever used in my 75-year life. Usually, a doctor does not come to see you. If she does, she spends 1 min with you at most. The stuff is very inattentive, the receptionist does not try to accommodate your needs.The hygienists except for one, Jamie DiPronto, are poorly trained and cause a lot of pain. Yet, it's difficult to obtain an appointment sooner than in 6 month. Jamie is good, but it would take over 6 month to see her. As a single decent hygienist she is very busy.

Beware of this practice if suffer from Dental phobia, and double if you are on a fixed income. I have terrible Dental Insurance....Dental Quest it is just terrible. This should have been done 2 years ago! No one in Rochester would work on me. After the new year URMC OS took DQ took until October for appointment. By December I was able to pay $63 for what I thought was payment for the one procedure I was TOLD MY TEETH AND ROOTS WOULD BE REMOVED IN! NO...They wanted the other half in full for the 1st procedure and same for the other 2. That was the 3rd. I was told insurance was covering and I would be refunded. NO REFUND...NO FURTHER INFORMATION. BEWARE.
