I had an amazing experience at this dental office from start to finish. Faye (Assistant Manager) was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made scheduling easy, answered all my questions with patience, and created such a positive atmosphere the moment I walked in. Great customer service from the front team to the team in the back. Really made a difference, and this office definitely delivers. Highly recommend!
I had an amazing experience at this dentist office. The staff is always polite, attentive, and professional. I initially started coming here for my dad’s dentures and have visited about five times. The service has been so consistently great that I now bring my son—and myself—for routine cleanings and dental care. Highly recommend!
The service was amazing I saw doctor Juan he was very kind and friendly. The people at the front desk are also very friendly and approachable and help you set up following appointments. Thank you to Ms. Lisa and everyone else at the front.
I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. I was approved for financing and signed the paperwork, but at no point was I clearly informed that there would be a 30% “broken contract” fee if treatment was not completed. I was simply told to initial several documents, and I reasonably believed they contained standard terms regarding insurance coverage and payment responsibilities.
Since June 9, I have repeatedly requested an itemized invoice explaining exactly what I am being charged for, including a breakdown of this alleged contract fee. My emails have largely gone unanswered, and I still have not received the documentation I requested.
To make matters worse, I am being required by my employer to relocate by the end of the month. Due to my work schedule and upcoming move, I have very limited availability, and there were no doctors available on the few days I could attend appointments for the laser treatment. Additionally, I was informed that teeth extractions would need to be completed before the cleaning procedure, which added another step that I simply do not have time to complete before relocating.
My concern is not only the lack of transparency regarding the financing agreement and fees, but also the difficulty in obtaining basic billing documentation and clear communication from the office. Patients deserve to fully understand what they are signing and to receive prompt responses when requesting information about charges being assessed against them.
This is the worst place you can ever go to. DO NOT GO HERE. They waste your time, do not respect appointments and are evasive when you request an answer. No one follows up on pieces at all leaving you with provisional pieces for MONTHS unable to sleep or eat normally. Please, do yourself a favor and do not go here. Never have I ever gone to a more disrespectful places. The only good service you’re gonna get it’s the day they rip you off by charging you extremely high fees, after you pay you’re treated like trash. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! All the good reviews are super old. DO NOT GO HERE!!
