EZ Dental has been my family’s dentist for years, and they’ve always treated us with honesty, respect, and genuine care. Dr. Mila Kautsis and Dr. Carlos Mendoza-Alvarez are amazing—professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to take the time to answer questions and make us feel comfortable. As a father of a son with autism, finding healthcare providers who are understanding and compassionate is incredibly important, and they’ve always made us feel safe, welcomed, and cared for. The entire staff is friendly, inviting, and goes above and beyond to make every visit a positive experience. No pressure, no shady business—just great people providing great care. I came in as a new patient with a tooth infection, with pain going up my face when I chew. I previously went to urgent care and got antibiotics so I caught it early. But they were able to make an appointment for me the next day. I arrived about 15 minutes late, and I waited about 2.5 hours to see the dentist. But the dental hygienist arosalie was SO sweet and said she would be gentle with my cleaning without me even asking. It was the most painless cleaning of my life! She also was really understanding with why my teeth had gotten so bad (depression). The cleaning took about 30 minutes and the doctor gave me very helpful tips on how to prevent and treat my mild tooth infection, and helped me identify which tooth it was that’s bothering me.
It may be a long wait but this is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. The front desk reception was also kind and professional. Highly recommend this dentist!
First time I’ve been here and it was a lovely place! Very nice staff and I can’t wait to go back, because they take my insurance and that’s always a plus
Called to inquire information and the person who answered the phone was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Went in the next day without an appointment due to dental pain and was accomodated and seen within hour. Dentist and staff were very friendly and helpful. Got xrays, a cleaning, and referral for oral surgery.
My partner recently had a visit there and he said everything was really great really clean that was very gentle and they work awesome
