In fact it was my daughter who reported to me that she was asked to be accompanied by her guardian or parent as she's still a manor. So I never thought she only needed to be escorted because she was manor as she was told. Rather I thought they requested for an escort because of the payment of her bill. Being the father , I accompanied her and nothing of the sort was mentioned to either her or me about money or any payment. She was finally very happy to tell all the treatments offered to her to me. The way all those she came into contact during the course of her treatment were very professional, polite, etc, was quite impressive and I was personally glad to hear tell her happy encounter on that fateful day

So, sometimes we have to have patience. I've sat there 3 hours before I was seen. It's okay. But the next time do you think you can buy me a cup of tea with lemon? I love you dr mike. 👑❤️👑 pS no disrespect, but it's sad to hear what people say about Dr. Mike, he is one of the best. Doctors over here in Claremont. I've been with him 18 years. And nobody's perfect. Everybody does not have a good day once they wake up and it beats that way sometimes. But all the ones that complain don't go back to him. Find another dentist that will suit you. But I give this man all the. Respect in the world. He works hard.👑❤️👑

First the office is very clean, spacious,welcoming & equipped with modern cutting edge technology. Feels very comfortable. Dr. Mike is gentle,thorough, patient, & good at explaining procedures.He took the time to explain me what he observed on my X-rays clearly n made me feel at ease not rushed. Dr. Mike n his team made it a seamless experience! They are Professional n timely n I felt assured I’m in good hands. The team is just awesome😁Receptionist Eunelly lovely kind n alert. Attends to you promptly n never ignore you. Keeps you updated re when you will be seen. My appointment was today @2 n was seen very quickly. Hygienist Laila so nice, gifted n wonderful. I thoroughly liked the cleaning she did. She tries hard that you should have the least discomfort if any. Now Dr Mike is super nice, friendly, kind n honest. So this review definitely is 5 *****. Hands down the most professional yet relaxed atmosphere,painfree n gentle approach, welcoming staff,compassionate & a genuine dedication to patient well being. I highly recommend this practice!!! This hidden gem is 10 minutes walking distance from my residence. If they were far from me I would travel to utilize their services because they are so worth it❤️God bless🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

2 stars because they are either deleting or censoring my review. WARNING: This dental office is actively committing Medicaid fraud and engaging in seriously unethical business practices. Someone came into this dental office impersonating my sister and somehow obtained access to her insurance information. That individual received dental services and X-rays using my sister’s Medicaid insurance. We discovered this when my sister attempted to seek care at a dental office in Manhattan and was informed that she had already received the same services at another facility. This was false. During a recorded three-way phone call between an insurance representative and an employee of this dental office, the office violated HIPAA and knowingly admitted they had the wrong patient on file. When we went in person to obtain copies of “her” medical records, the office demanded identification to release the information. For clarity: this is not standard practice. At most medical offices statewide, patients can access records using identifying information such as name and date of birth; requiring a photocopy of an ID is uncommon and not mandatory. At the time, there was an active Medicaid appeal pending for wrongful billing and services rendered without prior authorization. During this process, the office photocopied my sister’s ID without her consent and used it to submit “proof” to Medicaid to justify fraudulent billing. We were told this was “office policy.” Taking and storing a copy of someone’s government ID without consent, especially after admitting the patient was misidentified, is both a HIPAA violation and fraud. Additionally, after my sister received new X-rays from a different dental office, that provider confirmed the X-rays supplied by this office do not belong to her. Her dental condition is not even remotely consistent with the records they submitted. A police report has been filed to document the fraud. Despite this, the dental office is now amending medical records, which is illegal, particularly in the context of an active investigation. You unlawfully obtained and retained a copy of my sister’s ID, and you believed this would protect you. Instead, it has further implicated your office. Altering records, stealing patient information, and billing Medicaid under false pretenses are crimes. We are actively pursuing every available avenue to report this conduct to the Department of Health, the State Dental Board, Medicaid, and all appropriate regulatory authorities. My family had an extremely concerning experience with this office. Someone appears to have obtained dental treatment using my sister's Medicaid insurance. We discovered this only after another dental office informed her that insurance records showed she had already received the same services elsewhere, even though she had never been to this office. During a three-way call with the insurance company, an employee acknowledged that the office had the wrong patient information on file. About five months ago, we visited the office to request records of the care that had allegedly been provided. We were met with concerning behavior from the staff. When we requested copies of the records, we were told we needed to provide identification because, according to the staff member, "we need to know who we released the information to." The staff member then took my sister's ID, walked away with it, and photocopied it without asking for or obtaining her permission.We later became concerned that a copy of my sister's ID was retained and subsequently used during a Medicaid billing dispute without her knowledge or consent. We obtained the records and took them to another dental office for review. At that office, my sister was able to access her records by providing only her name and date of birth. When we asked why this office had required and copied her ID, we were told that this was not the standard process they followed. After another dentist examined my sister and obtained new X-rays, we were informed that the X-rays associated with this office did not appear to match her dental condition, raising additional concerns about the accuracy of the records. Because of these issues, we reported our concerns to the appropriate agencies for investigation. We are also pursuing the matter through Medicaid and the relevant state regulatory authorities. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this office. I have worked in healthcare for seven years, and this experience raised significant concerns for me regarding patient identification, recordkeeping, and the handling of sensitive personal information.
