I am so happy to have found this doctor and dental office. Top tier service and outstanding bedside manners. Here you are not just a patient, but someone who matters and your level of comfort actually matters. Thank you thank you for your time and the service you give.
Recently moved over in this area 4months ago and honestly this health center is caring and my Dr literally is just amazing. I have no complaints 😌

I'll start with I Absolutely Love this clinic! For Starters, whether it is the medical team going straight to mental health or their dental team. It's SO nice to be greeted with a smile.
At the dental portion of the clinic, it's beautiful how many times. I walk in and I hear my name, greeted with a smile while letting me know that I'm already taken care of!!!
I have been going to the Walton Institute Family Health Center for quite some time.
And I have to Admit... Being a customer service representative myself, I KNOW that dealing with people all day can be taxing.
Yet, All the teams appear to me to have made it their passion to make sure we, the people, are well taken care of.

I have been going to Walton dental dept. for many years. I received very good service there. Just don't expect everyone to put on a jolly face for you. Customer service front line needs to be taught, we are living in a new era. (Smile)
My brother was a patient here during one of the hardest chapters of his life. We trusted this clinic to help him, to see him, to take his struggles seriously.
Instead, we were left with unanswered questions and a deep sense that more could have been done.
When someone is battling their mental health, care cannot be passive. It must be proactive, thorough, and compassionate. Our family did not feel that level of care was provided.
We now live with a loss that can never be undone. I am sharing this not out of anger, but out of hope — hope that this clinic will strengthen its systems, improve patient oversight, and truly prioritize the lives placed in its care.
Mental health treatment is not just appointments. It is responsibility.
