In love with this dental office. Everybody was so nice from front desk Kiara to the back assistants Yudelqui and especially the dentist Dr. Park. They all looked out for me and made me feel welcomed and they took care of all my dental concerns. I would highly recommend. 100% satisfied !!
Excellent customer service girls are always their to explain. all dental assistant are amazing gentle and funny Yudelqui and Roberta, are always ready for me. Dr Gandhi is amazing at her work.place is clean and sterile. Service is amazing.
I had a really great experience with Dr. Gandhi and her whole team. Everyone in the office is super friendly and professional. I’ve always been scared of going to the dentist, but she made me feel comfortable and calm the whole time.
What I appreciated most is how kind and respectful she is. I’ve had dentists in the past talk down to me and make me feel embarrassed, but Dr. Gandhi was honest about what I needed and explained everything in a way that was supportive and easy to understand. She never made me feel bad about myself.
I’m so grateful I found her. I highly recommend Dr. Gandhi and her team to anyone looking for a dentist who is caring, gentle, and truly makes you feel at ease.
Needed a dentist last minute. Woke up in pain and called two places before I reached this place and I’m so GLAD I CAME HERE. From the front desk to the doctors to the dental technicians everyone and I mean EVERYONE is amazing, nice , courteous and efficient ! And it’s close to my home ! I recommend everyone come here for their dental needs. Couldn’t be more appreciative of them and their services !!! Thank you so much ! HIGHLY RECCOMMEND AND THEY SPEAK SPANISH !!
We visited this dental office about three months ago. The staff was polite, and the office was clean and well maintained.
Unfortunately, our experience with the actual dental care was disappointing. I get my teeth cleaned twice a year, but they told me I needed a deep cleaning. The cleaning itself lasted only about 4 minutes, whereas my previous dentists usually spent 15–20 minutes on a regular cleaning. When I later reviewed the billing, I noticed the procedure code was the same as a standard scaling/cleaning, which made me question whether the treatment I was told I needed was actually performed.
They also tried to convince me that my dental condition was much worse than it really was and recommended additional procedures. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to expensive treatments if you feel pressured.
I went to another dentist at Montefiore for a second opinion. They performed a thorough cleaning and told me I did not need a deep cleaning.
One more thing I noticed was that the dentist repeatedly kept the Google review page open and refreshed it. I had also seen some negative reviews before my visit, but many of them later disappeared. I can't say why that happened, but it made me wonder.
Overall, the office looks nice and the staff is friendly, but based on my experience, I would recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to major dental procedures.
