I gave this office 5 stars because everything about our experience was excellent. The office was spotless, the front desk staff was warm and welcoming, and the service was outstanding from start to finish.
They made my son, who has ADHD and anxiety, feel completely comfortable. The staff cheered him on and applauded him for being so brave, which helped ease his nerves. Seeing him feel relaxed and at ease meant so much to me.
The only downside was the wait time, but it's understandable because they have a large number of patients. Other than that, our experience was amazing. I would recommend this office to anyone a thousand times over—you won't regret it!
I freaking love this place. The atmosphere is great and it’s very clean. It always smells good. The people are very friendly. The doctors are amazing. My son feels super comfortable With them, he got braces for the first time in February. You would’ve thought he’s been there 1000 times he only been there three times that’s how comfortable and warming they are.
I’ve been going here since I was 14 years old, and I’m now 19. I’ve always had a great experience. The staff is very kind, professional, and works with their patients to make sure they still receive the care they need. They make patients feel comfortable enough to speak up and ask questions. Overall, it’s a very welcoming environment. I would recommend!
Dr. Alex and his team are wonderful! My children are always put at ease from how friendly and gentle they are treated there. Wait time is short and the office is kept clean. Children also get to choose from fun toys, balloons, and ice cream at the end of the visit!
Fantastic professionals. Timely services, quick and painless for a toddler. She is already practicing being a dentist at home LOL. Thanks to your business and teamwork for introducing my baby to the world of dental routines; I have only experienced professionalism and clear communication with the people who work here.
