Dr. Naem and her staff our wonderful. I wouldnt trust anyone else. She is so thorough and goes above and beyond. When she left my first dentist practice. I followed her because shes that good! I have taken my children to her and myself for over15 years.
Very kind, respectful, and genuine people. If they can't help you with what you need, they will point you in the right direction. I deeply appreciate the fantastic job that Nicole did at assisting me.
Do not come here if you want good work and honesty I came here years ago and they told me I needed a bunch of crowns. I took those same x-rays to a new dentist and they told me the crown wasn't needed and a filling would have been enough. The crowns he put in are breaking apart. He will lie to you for money. You're lucky I don't sue you for deception !
The staff are welcoming and pleasant but the service is trash!! They overbooked 5 ppl at once during my time slot. I waited for an hr & 15 minutes to be seen! The "hygienist" cleaned my mouth for a total of 10min. She took an xray, used the electric drill, put some paste on it, made me rinse and spit and that was all. No picking in between the teeth, no tools used nothing. The Dr. didnt see me or check over her work. When I finally went home to check my teeth, they still had plaque on the bottom, which was completely removed at a previous office visit I went to in January at another facility. Also, the equipment was old and moldy in between the cracks and tubes that the water comes from looks like was yellow and probably have never been changed. They want me to come back for some work that I need done but if you all cant do a proper cleaning, why would I go back? 1st impressions matter! Im not going to beg a facility for proper care! Definitely reported and going somewhere else.
That Doctor that asked me to call him Dr. Y was so rude. He checks my X-rays then asked if I ever considered braces I start to explain I had them, before but then tell me to be quiet so he could think. Are you serious!? You just asked me!!! Then tells me I need a root canal for my whole entire mouth. I was not experiencing pain at all. I just came for my teeth cleaning. I think he just wanted to run my insurance up.
He made it seem like it was my fault I had old fillings even when I went to another quack dentist before him a year ago. He seemed upset about something. I would not want him in my mouth dealing my teeth. And definitely making sure they don’t charge my insurance for work they did not perform. Seemed really sketchy.
