I had an excellent experience with Dr. Schwarz and his assistant Arseni at Concerned Dental. They all were fast and efficient From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Schwarz took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was completely informed throughout my visit I was nervous and he made me feel comfortable every step of the procedure his calm demeanor and compassion immediately put me at ease.10 out of 10 definitely recommend
I am new patient and this review is specific about Alexandra, who helped with scheduling and logistics. She was extremely professional, kind, and skilled in scheduling. Although there were no appointments available without a long wait, she booked an appointment for me and said she would call back if an opening came through cancellation. She texted me all of the contact information for her, the practice, the appointment information, and what I would need. And when a cancellation came up, she called me and rescheduled my appointment.
Having worked in scheduling before, I know it's not magic to efficiently collect insurance info, check schedules, and follow up on cancellations -- even when it fells magical -- it's skill. Really impressive.
I had a great experience at Concerned Dental Care of the Bronx. Everything went extremely well from start to finish. The dentist was very friendly, took the time to listen to my concerns, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. I really appreciated how attentive and professional the entire staff was. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for quality care and a dentist who genuinely listens.
