I just visited there and I was thankful. Looking for a dental office that can help you the same day is rare in the Bronx.
Be there at 7:30a.m, bring I.D. and have insurance and you will be seen and assisted.
Excellent place to visit to have your dental needs met.
My visit to this dental office was very pleasant. The doctor made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived, and the entire staff was kind and professional. I had two extractions done and was amazed that I left with no pain afterward. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
The staff was great. I highly recommend for you to schedule an appointment other than walk-in because you will definitely wait a long time. With an appointment wait time isn’t that bad. The dentist Dr was amazing! I felt no pain, he asked questions and explained the procedure. I had extreme anxiety and was given medication to relax and feel NO pain! Even after the surgery I felt nothing, mind you I had multiple removed. Very satisfied! Now is time for my healing.
BTW, I am still waiting for my pain and antibiotics, but overall I recommend.

It was an expected experience as this was my second visit. So I think first come first served policy regardless of ones appt time should be explained to patients. The medical reason why a patient is not seen in the order they arrived. If the reason for this evolved out off separate room with separate records changing the order of arrivals then all records need to be centralized in order of arrival. Lastly let patients now they have stitches as part of the procedure. Other than above staff was genuinely helpful.
DO NOT GO HERE. they will not sedate you or numb you properly, and when you say you are in pain they will dismiss you and call it "pressure". They also will make you wait at least an hour for after your appointment if not more to be seen. They will prescribe you antibiotics that you tell them plainly you are allergic to (I told them multiple time I am allergic to amoxicillin and penicillin, and have had a reaction in adulthood, and yet I go to the pharmacy and what do you know... Amoxicillin. Luckily my pharmacist knows my allergy and gave me an equivalent dose of another antibiotic) Unless you want an incredibly painful procedure with horrible aftercare instructions and the lowest standard of care possible, DO NOT GO HERE.
